You gotta remember what everyone here is watching. “A” rig method is not considered a sportsmanlike. It’s banned in many tournaments. Tossing out multiple lures at once ? Really ? It’s not rock cod deep sea fishing.

In the 80's we could fish off the marina dock after 5pm. There is a giant flat out in front of the dock that comes up from 20' plus on all sides to roughly 8'-10' depending on water levels. I would always catch at least one bass on that flat and sometimes several.

It would be super-helpful to provide a link to the parts, like the thru-hull fittings or the part you used to allow the cord connected to the trolling motor to swivel... or at least what they are called. Having a hard time tracking them down.

I stuck an Xi3 on the Bow of my Predator PDL last year. I am now addicted to that TM. However, mounting all that weight on the bow really affected the kayak's handling in adverse conditions. I am curious how the PA handles all that bow weight. Have you noticed changes in how it handles since the install?

I don’t understand why people buy a kayak and put a motor on it. Kayak paddles, exercise, solitude…all things to consider. Next week I’m buying a glider and putting an engine in it. Oh, wait,… that’s an airplane.

I think I’m gonna sell my PA12 One Objective Bow Mount and get a On The Water bow mount instead due to it being lifted an inch and a half allowing to install a pulley on the mount itself for the motor release instead of drilling. Also it comes with red/green lights already

Hey do you take on water when your full speed on your trolling motor?
@applegatefishing2 жыл бұрын
I'm running the same setup, as long as the wind is 15 mph or less I'll get a little bit of water at full speed that comes up through my scupper holes. That is the only water I have seen, if you're going full speed into white capping waves you'll definitely get wet. I'll eventually post up some new videos with the setup on my channel as a lot of people have questions about it.
