1 cup butter, 1 cup oil, 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup powdered sugar, beat to mix and then add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix. Then add 5 cups of flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. cream of tartar, and 1 tsp. of baking soda. I mix those into the flour and then stir until the flour mixture is incorporated. Bake 350, 10-12 minutes.
