Just a few tips while I was watching horde night 1. Throw up a couple of torches around the horde base for light 2. Turn sound down during horde in settings 3. See if you can make a helmet light mod... if not... check trader and buy one... will help with lighting too 4. Your melee poles... I would try using thinner poles... unfortunately if you do this the zombies may clip through it easier.... maybe test with a wondering horde before actually using on a horde night 5. when you were running around on the ground and zombies were grouped... great time to throw Molotov's or pipe bombs or explosives 6. in your cage.... go down ladder... bust a hole in the side of your loot stash to the outside..... and try making a ledge to catch your loot as it falls when you melee them.... not sure it will work, but easier to get too rather than running around on the ground... something to experiment with. Be careful not to make it too far out because zombies will fall on it too.. keep that in mind. 7. If you dont have a pipe machine gun... make one and put a couple of mods in it... 7.62 ammo... mow them zombies down as their coming down your tunnel. 8. Need to make an aloe farm for bandages... bandages are cheap to make if have aloe... go to desert and get aloe and make a farm of aloe... make aloe cream... make bandages... I typically use those first before first aid kits... both work of course, but bandages are easier to make than first aid kits. Of course if you have a chem station you can make the first aid kits, but you will need a hops farm to make beer and blood bags ( you only get blood bags from loot or zombies which limits your first aid kits ) Great horde night Dixie. Lots of fun. One last thing... If you have your zombies on walk at all times... run around on the ground... dont use a base... you can melee and shoot your guns and throw explosives without all the repairs and you will have more fun..... You can use the horde base to run too to regen stamina, eat and take meds. All the extra room on the ground leaves more options for you and the zombies... Try it one horde night next to your horde base so you can have somewhere too run too... I just finished day 35 horde night... It did not go as planned, but it was fun... I had to sit a lot because of sprained leg, which hindered the whole night... Oh well... I still lived... LOL Great stream man.. TC
