Thanks for the comment, but not sure where you got that figure from. The pattern is not listed for that much.

Any tips on adding the liner for this?
@RefinedPallet2 ай бұрын
This was my first time adding a liner with Heat-n-bond Red, Ultra Hold. You can find it at fabric stores. Used clear nail polish at the edges to keep them from fraying and all exposed perimeter edges are stitched to prevent separation with use.
@equivalentexchange49182 ай бұрын
@@RefinedPallet Got it. Didn't know nail polish can be used for these. Thanks!

Wouldn’t it be easier to put rivets in first, then sew?
@RefinedPallet3 ай бұрын
Either way would work. Matter of preference. You could also just do the stitches or the rivets alone. But I like the look of both. Totally up to the builder.

Thank you!!!!! I was looking for a pattern for this everywhere and couldn't find one that wasn't ridiculously overpriced. Couldn't rationalize spending money on something I was only going to probably make one of. You are my savior. I subscribed to you immediately just because of that!!!! You are awesome. I will make sure to link to your video if I ended up making a video too, to give you credit. :)

I saw another comment you made saying you learned a lot more since these videos & you were looking to make more updated videos with better practices….are you still going to make these? I’m making some hollow book projects with my sons & would love some help 😀. Thanks!

Wowzers! 3 part series on how to cut a block of pages out of a book! Looks good but the videos were way too long! Just honest.
@dennisdavin64774 жыл бұрын
I sprayed the pages together with glue, let them dry, then drew a rectangle with my marker, and used an xacto knife to cut out the pages. It's just for storage that no one is going to see. Total time to do this was about 10 minutes. Your project was WAY too involved. I bought a bag of 6 books for $3.00 at a library sale.
