In my office, if a new boss comes in and straightway he throws us under the bus, because he thinks we are threat to him and there is no valid reason for his mistreatment towards us, I am going to speak out or lodge a complain against him to the boss's boss. So like it or not, Terry might genuinely have a good case for argument and his actions.

Like him or lump him, if what he’s saying is true, he’s 100% correct. He might have been a knob but he was Mr Chelsea, he was the captain, managers come and go but the culture at a club has to maintain. Those kids didn’t deserve to be up there with the first team, as he says, they’re striving to earn the right to be up there, give it up straight away and you end up with the attitude that’s caused so many young players to ruin their potential, get it all on a silver platter based on ‘potential’ not output.
