Great Home! However in 2023 we're done with the term "Master" its now known as the Primary suite. Great tour!

@Teddy Hall I work very hard for my money and to build wealth, therefore I am the master of my domain/home. There was nothing wrong with the term. It’s a shame people can’t leave well enough alone in 2023. I will continue to use the term.

Master bathroom a let down because it’s not functional. Where do you put your bath stuff with just two floating drawers? Main level was really nice and had a great flow. Basement could have been more functional if you had less space allocated for liquor. It’s a basement for a frat house instead of a family lol. I like your tours- keep up the great work.

That's a .10 acre lot? Little bigger than it seems lol. Land is ideal for a 5 bedroom house assuming you have a nice sized family. Regardless, the house holds the bow!

You have a home on the market that is new construction close to 2 million dollars and someone is using the bedrooms and living in it . Never heard of such a thing. If I purchase a home at that price range I sure don’t want someone who is currently living in it. I don’t understand why anyone touring these homes don’t have to use booties or pull off there shoes bringing the dirt in to carpets and flooring or wearing heels and scratching the flooring. Loved the exterior and and many of the designs but I prefer white cabinets and I love the black windows but let’s not go overboard bringing all this black in furniture design in the home. I have to build from the ground up cause a lot of choices in this home just wasn’t my design.

The property shown is a model home that old world custom homes builds to show finishes and architecture to their clients. Since it’s a model home, they get clients that come in to see the house all the time so they work out the house itself. I said in the video that the house is worth about 1.8, it’s not currently on the market.

I like the master area has the office right next to it and the sitting area just for it is perfection ... there's also the fact its head of household so the master is at the front of the entry area... NICE
