Does leaving the solution in for too long damage it more? Considering that the instructions mention less time, also I permed my hair recently and I have to redo it cause it wasnt curly enough, im waiting a week until I do it again, is a week enough? And which strength should be used on a reperm?

I've watched this video over and over in order to get the combing down of the hairline down. Today, I grew the balls to do it. I'm so happy with the results. My hair is shoulder length, so I was worried about messing up and throwing 3 + years of growth down the drain. Very happy
