Thank you for this video. Back when I used to do this stuff 20 years ago, the people I tried learning from insisted that you are supposed to land on your shoulder. Sebastien Foucan was even with us once and he said to land on the shoulder first. It made no sense. I always used my hands and forearm as the first point of contact and it just made sense. Nice to know it was right to trust what felt better to me.

Hey brother found your micro fracture vids and they were awesome!! So glad to see you’re still doing what you love. How’s the knee holding up?

Great Tutorial! I had never tried the Kong because I was always sure I would faceplant and bust my teeth out. But I had never heard of, nor seen the Ground Kong progression either. I am going to start working on this now.

This is wonderful! So stoked to watch this. And inspiring to see you still pushing yourself and still in love with parkour. I'm 34 years old and closing in on 17 years of training myself. So I'm particularly encouraged by this video. Hope to train with you one day. Much respect.

why do ppl wipe their shoes beffor doing parkour ?
@originsparkour10 күн бұрын
It helps to remove anything (such as dust, chalk, or moisture) that might get in between the rubber sole of their shoes and the surface they are jumping from or landing on. Basically trying to ensure maximal grip.
