P4 has got a more chillax kinda pace than p5, which is fitting as it's set in the boondocks of Japan (total little countryside place based off a city in the Yamanashi prefecture kinda near Fuji - I've been to the prefecture) and the main plot driving device is 'detectives solving the murder cases/strange happenings' since the police can't do shit (lol like always) cuz it's supernatural origins. The setting and the investigation aspect might make feel a bit slow maybe, idk?? Like, each time you go to the next tv stage you'll investigate and discuss shit before you go, kinda like how in p5 you had to figure out clues of what the mark's palace keywords were gonna be, and how you'd have a meeting to be sure everyone was on board with the plan/palace mark. Same thing, different set-up! Anyway, keep givin' it a chance, build yr s.links get some part-time jobs and become the pimped out chad of the countryside you were always meant to be. ✌😆 there's a lot of funny shit in this game, it's a fav.

Bring the stamina mechanic back, learn how the stamina mechanic hits and when you're supposed to get tired in P3R you call it a day and can't go to tartarus the next day, also, you can't go to Strip mall at night, You can't use fortune telling, you can't use the PC, you can't interact with party members on the dorm, you can't refuse romancing chars, you can't go to monad doors, but you can go to monad passages, you can't use theurgy, you can't use the new skills the party members have, you can't use the new skill the personas have, your inherit skills has to be random, and the list keeps going on and on, THIS GAMEPLAY WILL BE HELL, GOOD LUCK

I think it's a good idea since I don't think many people have done shuffle time restrictions and no ambushing on top not being able to control your party members, so your playthrough will be more original.
