I can hear you fine on my large fancy work computer, (imac), where I can adjust the volume up to very high, but even at the highest setting on my latest iphone, I can barely hear you, as is the case from others who have complained. So maybe the solution is to do the volume very high for the phone viewers, and the desktop computer viewers can always turn it down!
