This is a brand new community going up during a pandemic. They had many challenges with supplies. I was there in May and the progress they have made is a lot. I will be closing on my home in Dorado the end of August. It went from a structure in May to a completed house by the end of August. The Community Center had a set back due to one of the builders doing damage. I saw the community first hand. We liked it enough to buy in it. By the way, we will be putting in a pool . My wife and I have a Real Estate background so we know a little bit about housing, builders and developments. DR Horton is considered a quality builder.

Treaty Oaks is completely sold out. Also base prices vary depending on the community and what options are chosen for the home. Prices are constantly changing, and to be honest, it our area that means going up.

Kevin. Thanks for watching! Most builders do not do gutters. Although I'm a gutter advocate some folks are not. Builders cut them out 2-3 yrs ago as an option because it was a 50/50 as weather buyers wanted them or not.
