It’s realizing that the undying passion inside of you is dying to be poured into something like that, not necessarily someONE!! It’s realizing you’re not looking for safety in a woman or man or even your parents/family as you get older. You’re looking for safety and love and passion etc, with yourself! With your hobbies and trinkets and general modus operandi. Community and influence are obviously huge parts of that. But damn, having your OWN creation/“thing”/source of inspiration and comfort is so beautiful. Cliche, but for good reason.

Just wanted to ask why you decided to lease, it usually makes sense to finance or buy cash for Toyotas or Hondas due to the fact they don’t depreciate much and are very reliable, for leasing most will choose “less reliable” brands like Hyundais or Kia’s because they depreciate and at the end of the lease they aren’t out any money due to that.

You'd be surprised how many people would choose anything other than a Toyota for anything other than reliability efficiency and affordability.😂 Definitely can't go wrong with a Toyota,seems like you made the smart choice instead of trying to go above your means and stretch to buy something expensive, unreliable and certainly not efficient, like a BMW or Audi when you know you can't afford that quite yet, especially luxury car repairs,insurance, and maintenance. You don't know how many 18,19, 20,21 year olds out there will do anything they possibly can to stretch to get something that nice despite the fact that they really can't afford it, and now have a mountain of debt to deal with. The fact of the matter is if you are having to make sacrifices in your lifestyle to afford a nice car then you don't really have the money for that car. This woman knows exactly how much she can and cannot afford and she chose a pretty nice choice.As i said, you definitely can't go wrong with a Toyota

I'm currently a student pursuing business admin-marketing and was wondering if it really is necessary to get a bachelors in order to find a decent job in this industry. I am currently finishing up my first year and I am really enjoying it. Also regarding internships was it hard to source one as I am afraid because I don't have any work experience in the industry and have been applying to various places and have yet to receive any calls sadly. Hi! I definitely think that having a bachelors is necessary to obtain a position in marketing, many companies on LinkedIn include this in their requirements so I would complete it! Try to take courses you're interested in or supplement your learning with part-time internships or projects that you enjoy! I would also try joining organizations at your college that are marketing or business related, this will help you land your first position. I started off working at startups (unfortunately with no pay) however if that's your only available opportunity to gain experience I would start off with unpaid to build a base for your career. Hope this helps!
