Thank you so much for your kind words! 🙏 I'm glad you found the video helpful. Regarding your serious allergy, turmeric can be beneficial due to its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, but it's important to be cautious. Some people can have allergic reactions to turmeric, especially if they have sensitivities to plants in the ginger family. If you're struggling with several of the issues mentioned in the video, I would strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before regularly consuming turmeric. They'll be able to guide you on whether it's safe for you and how to incorporate it into your routine without aggravating your allergies. Your health is the top priority! 😊

Is it to be eating raw or cooked? Or both?
@10-SECRETS
@10-SECRETS 3 сағат бұрын
Great question! Both raw and cooked onions have their own unique benefits, so it really depends on what you're looking for. Raw onions are packed with more vitamins and enzymes, which can be great for boosting immunity and providing antioxidants. On the other hand, cooked onions are easier on the stomach and still retain many of their nutrients, including their heart-healthy compounds. So, incorporating both raw and cooked onions into your diet can be a fantastic way to reap the full range of benefits for longevity and overall health!

Can i eat fresh garlic even my blood presure is low always 90/70 or 60
@10-SECRETS
@10-SECRETS 5 сағат бұрын
While garlic is known for its many health benefits, including the ability to lower blood pressure, caution is needed if you already have low blood pressure (hypotension). Here’s what to consider: 1. **Garlic and Blood Pressure**: Garlic contains compounds, like allicin, that can help lower blood pressure by promoting better blood flow and relaxing blood vessels. This can be beneficial for people with high blood pressure but may not be ideal for those with consistently low blood pressure, like yours (90/70 or 60). 2. **Potential Effects**: Eating fresh garlic when you already have low blood pressure could potentially cause your blood pressure to drop further, leading to symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, lightheadedness, or even fainting. 3. **Moderation is Key**: If you enjoy garlic and want to continue eating it, consider doing so in moderation. Small amounts of garlic may not have a significant impact on your blood pressure, but it’s important to monitor how your body responds. 4. **Consult Your Doctor**: Before making garlic a regular part of your diet, especially with low blood pressure, it’s best to consult with a healthcare provider. They can give you personalized advice based on your health condition. In summary, while garlic has numerous benefits, if you have low blood pressure, it’s wise to be cautious and seek medical advice to ensure it won’t negatively affect your health.

What about lemon water with a little honey?
@10-SECRETS
@10-SECRETS 5 сағат бұрын
Lemon water with a little honey is a great addition to your daily routine, providing a range of health benefits. The combination of lemon and honey brings together the detoxifying and immune-boosting properties of lemon with the soothing and antibacterial qualities of honey. Here’s why it’s a powerful blend: 1. **Boosts Immunity**: Lemon is rich in vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system. Honey, with its antimicrobial properties, can help fight infections, making this drink a natural shield against colds and flu. 2. **Aids Digestion**: Lemon water stimulates digestion and helps flush toxins from the digestive system. Honey acts as a mild laxative, helping to maintain gut health. 3. **Balances pH Levels**: Despite the acidic nature of lemon, it has an alkalizing effect on the body once metabolized, helping to balance pH levels and reduce acidity in the body. 4. **Soothes Sore Throat**: This blend can also soothe a sore throat. Honey coats the throat and reduces irritation, while lemon helps to break down mucus and cleanse the throat. 5. **Promotes Weight Loss**: Lemon water with honey can support weight loss efforts by boosting metabolism and improving digestion. It also helps curb cravings by providing a natural sweetness. 6. **Hydrates the Body**: This drink is a refreshing and hydrating alternative to plain water, providing extra vitamins and nutrients. For the best results, drink a glass of warm lemon water with a teaspoon of honey in the morning on an empty stomach. It’s a gentle way to start your day, promote digestion, and support overall wellness.

You're welcome! It's great to hear that you're incorporating lemon water into your daily routine. As for your question, squeezing fresh lemons and storing the juice in a tightly sealed glass container in the refrigerator is a convenient method. However, keep in mind that fresh lemon juice can start to lose some of its nutrients, particularly vitamin C, after a couple of days due to exposure to air and light. Ideally, it's best to squeeze the lemons fresh daily to maximize the health benefits. If storing the juice works better for you, try to use it within 2-3 days to maintain its potency. Mixing a tablespoon of lemon juice in 8 oz of water sounds like a good ratio. Just be sure to listen to your body and adjust the amount to suit your personal taste and digestive comfort. Hope this helps, and thank you for your thoughtful question!

Which onion is better Red or yellow or white?
@10-SECRETS
@10-SECRETS Күн бұрын
The choice between red, yellow, or white onions depends on your specific needs and preferences, as each type has its unique flavor profile and health benefits: 1. **Red Onions**: Known for their vibrant color, red onions have a slightly sweeter and milder flavor compared to yellow or white onions. They are often eaten raw in salads, sandwiches, or as a garnish because of their bright color and crisp texture. Red onions are also rich in antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins, which are linked to heart health and anti-inflammatory properties. 2. **Yellow Onions**: These onions have a more robust, balanced flavor that becomes sweeter as they cook, making them ideal for cooking dishes that require long simmering, such as soups, stews, and sautés. Yellow onions are high in sulfur compounds, which are believed to support heart health and boost the immune system. 3. **White Onions**: With a sharper and more pungent flavor, white onions are often used in Mexican cuisine and for salsas, stir-fries, and other dishes where a stronger onion flavor is preferred. They have a slightly higher water content and are milder in antioxidants compared to red onions, but they still provide important nutrients like vitamin C and fiber. **Which is better?** - **For raw use**: Red onions are often preferred for their mild flavor and attractive color. - **For cooking**: Yellow onions are versatile and often considered the go-to choice for many dishes due to their sweetening nature when cooked. - **For stronger flavor**: White onions offer a sharper taste, great for raw salsas or dishes needing a bolder onion presence. Nutritionally, red onions may have a slight edge due to their higher antioxidant content, but all onions offer valuable health benefits. The best choice depends on the flavor and purpose in your meal!

What is a good time to drink this garlic and lemon water
@10-SECRETS
@10-SECRETS Күн бұрын
The best time to drink garlic and lemon water depends on your specific health goals. However, here are a few optimal times based on common benefits: 1. **In the Morning (on an empty stomach)**: Drinking garlic and lemon water first thing in the morning is a popular choice. Consuming it on an empty stomach may help kick-start your metabolism, support digestion, and enhance detoxification. It can also help balance pH levels and stimulate your digestive system for the day ahead. 2. **Before Meals**: Drinking garlic and lemon water 15-30 minutes before meals can help with digestion, as it may stimulate the production of digestive enzymes, aid in appetite control, and support nutrient absorption. 3. **Before Bedtime**: Some people prefer to drink garlic and lemon water in the evening, as it can promote detoxification while you sleep and support immune function. This timing may also help regulate blood pressure and improve circulation during rest. **Tips**: - It’s important to listen to your body. Start with small amounts to ensure it doesn’t upset your stomach, especially if consumed on an empty stomach. - Be consistent. Regular intake is key to experiencing long-term benefits.

Lemon zest has a lot of purine that cause kidney stone, so be careful!
@10-SECRETS
@10-SECRETS Күн бұрын
Thank you for bringing this up! While lemon zest contains a range of beneficial nutrients, including flavonoids and vitamin C, it's true that people prone to kidney stones should be cautious with their diet. However, it's important to note that lemon zest is relatively low in purines compared to other foods. In fact, lemons are often recommended to help prevent kidney stones because they contain citrate, which can inhibit the formation of stones. That said, moderation is key. If you're prone to kidney stones or have concerns about purine intake, it's always a good idea to consult a healthcare professional before making any dietary changes. Your health is priority!

Can regularly consumption of l onion daily lower blood sugar and blood pressure in the body,,
@10-SECRETS
@10-SECRETS Күн бұрын
Yes, regularly consuming onions may help lower blood sugar and blood pressure due to their rich content of beneficial compounds such as flavonoids, sulfur compounds, and antioxidants. Here’s how onions can play a role in regulating blood sugar and blood pressure: ### **Blood Sugar Regulation:** Onions contain sulfur compounds, such as *allyl propyl disulfide*, which can help increase insulin levels, improving the body’s ability to regulate blood sugar. Additionally, *quercetin*, a flavonoid found in onions, has been shown to have anti-diabetic effects by improving insulin sensitivity and reducing blood sugar levels. - **Research:** A study published in *Environmental Health Insights* in 2010 showed that the sulfur compounds in onions can improve blood glucose levels, making them potentially beneficial for people with diabetes or prediabetes. ### **Blood Pressure Reduction:** Onions are also known for their ability to reduce blood pressure. The *quercetin* in onions has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that help relax blood vessels, reducing overall blood pressure. This can be particularly beneficial for people with hypertension. - **Research:** A study published in *The Journal of Nutrition* in 2007 found that regular consumption of quercetin-rich foods like onions was associated with a significant reduction in blood pressure levels, particularly in hypertensive individuals. ### **How to Consume:** For best results, onions should be consumed raw or lightly cooked to retain their beneficial compounds. Regular daily consumption in moderate amounts-whether added to salads, dishes, or consumed raw-can support these health benefits. However, it's important to maintain a balanced diet and consult with a healthcare provider, especially if you are managing specific conditions like diabetes or hypertension.

Thank you for sharing your method! That’s definitely an interesting way to use garlic and olive oil. Just make sure to always check the temperature before getting in and consult with a healthcare professional to ensure it's safe for your skin. Glad you're finding ways to incorporate these powerful ingredients into your routine! 😊

I understand your skepticism, and it's good to question the information you come across. My goal is to share health tips and research findings to help people make informed decisions. I don't receive any funding from medical companies-I'm simply sharing knowledge backed by studies. Feel free to explore the research for yourself and come to your own conclusions! 😊
