Bull. all this does is discourage seniors from reaching out and further isolates them. After the pandemic, that is the LAST thing they need. Seniors DO spend too much time alone, fearing they are a nuisance and a bother. They actually DO want some socializing because they don't work any more so time can sometimes hang heavy and even if it doesn't, they do have more time to fill than they used to. They don't want non-stop people but they sure would like to get together with a friend on a regular basis. And yes, I'm a senior.

I would say that living in keeping with one's values is even more important than it was before. Refine what is important and re-evaluate frequently. Live within one's means and seek hobbies that are free or cost little. Avoid debt like the plague!

Horrible video. It's obviously translated by AI, and the robot voice is really annoying to listen to.

Why do fools like the producer of this video assume most people want to live to say 100 years or more. Many people reach their 80/90's and to be quite honest they are just tired of life because it can become boring for them or they have "lost" most of their friends or their loved one. I am 77 and have had a good life in most respects and am still very active and I plan to go on eating what I like even if some twerp comes along and tells me I could live another year longer (maybe) if I eat this or that for the rest of my life -no thank you.

Very sketchy information. Rather than focusing on eating vs not eating breakfast or snacks, look at what is actually eaten. Not all breakfasts are healthy and not all snacks are junk. Eating a "light diet" can be harmful? What the hell is a light diet? If it's light on saturated fats sodium and processed sugars, it's more likely to be a healthy diet. Regarding napping - is it the problem or a symptom of a different problem? There are kernels of truth in this video, but risks seriously misleading listeners due to lack of detail and reliance on "studies show" exposition without verifying validity. Who are Wisdom Waves anyway?

God does not curse anyone, we curse ourselves by living unrighteous lives. Yes neurotransmission becomes difficult as we age because of tangles & amyloid plaque. And I do believe low vitamin D has a part in neural decline. Exposure to toxins & heavy metals in our everyday lives can also trigger decline. ( Chemicals, diet, medications, water & air pollution. )

I like this post! One should stay a lot on home property. You cannot be accused of anything there, usually. Going visiting opens door for criticism, accusations, etc., where you are at risk.
