Nice setup. I have that logitech pro x superlight mouse and the wheel on it started breaking after like 4 months. I got a new one when I returned it and the new one did the same thing. I would not recommend it even though it's really nice otherwise.

@@JammyMunkyTech coding mostly, with mackbook. assume that staked setup on vesa will be best for my neck this variant also will be good vesa compatible. keeps things highly portable but 15,6 scares me a bit but at the moment I use my macbook in front of me(on the vesa, my hands is right under laptop) and 16” feels ok but had thoughts that 18” with 2.5k will fits better

What about the sub-pixel layout and text rendering? I’ve tried a few OLED displays and they’ve sucked for text. Also, I know it’s glossy, but does it have an antireflective treatment like a MacBook or iPad does? I can’t find a glossy portable display with this anywhere… and without this, it’s like holding up a mirror in anything except a perfectly controlled lighting setup, which really limits the “portability”.

To me, text looks nice and sharp, easy to read. Unfortunately this monitor does not have any anti reflective treatment.

If you're into DIYing a bit, you can get longer screws for the side panel on the CPU side, and get some thick rubber washers. This allows for a little extra space to put a Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 as the CPU cooler. Better cooling but its 37mm in height so you need that little extra room. Plus having a small gap between the front panel and the case, will allow for a little better airflow. Since it's only a few mm of space, it will still look basically the same.

I wish the stand let the monitors go high enough to be completely above the macbook pro 16" screen. I can't find any portable ones (don't need to screw anything to set it up) that tall.
