So I have gotten rid of all of my new age items .i still have crystal bowls and one tibetan one .i feel so bad to get rid of them because they were gifts.Since they are sort of musical item .What do you think of having them still?Just curious. I used to love them playing hem in general and would go to meditation classes too .

There is nothing negative about the bowls. They make healing sound, God is sound. The bowls actually follow the 7 primary notes. So with that logic you’d need to get rid of your piano, guitar, etc. I use them in my meditation and don’t consider them religious. It is what it is, a bowl that makes a sound. People make sounds, animals make sounds, nature makes sound. God powers sound. Another quickpoint, crystals and rock formations are naturally found in the world. There’s no meaning ascribe to it unless we do so. We have marble and Terrazzo floors we have countertops that are made from stone, likely a lot of your bath accessories are made from some type of stone. The mortar and pestle which we use in the kitchen is usually made from stone. Literally the material that we build our homes with is made from elements of nature. Nothing can be evil unless you decided it is and you use it in that way. And all of his glory and creations.

been on a binge watching new age --> Jesus testimonies all day today and this one resonated SO much. The confusions you outlined, about whether to go 'all in' or keep any remnants of new age etc. etc. - this is all what I am going through rn. This morning I had my moment of gathering all my crystals, incense, sage & palo santo and putting it away in a bag - but more importantly my WEED 🥲 that one hurts lol. But I do feel like finally I am at least walking down the right path after seeking it my whole life ❣

That’s where I am too. Crystals don’t bother me because I feel like God made them and the Bible talks about them in a positive light. But I asked God about using Tarot cards and flipped to a “random” place in the Bible and saw the words “trust in God alone”. But it has been HARD to put them away! I feel so lost without them.

I commented the above 2 months ago but today I am entirely on the other side and can see right through all of the new age stuff - Satan tries to keep us not trusting God and thinking we should rely on our own understanding or seek things ourselves but that is an absolute lie to keep you small as the god of your own reality, and not trusting in God Almighty who has the best plans for you and knows everything way better than you ever can. [Proverbs 3:5-6, Jeremiah 29:11] You are safe accepting Jesus into your life and walking entirely by FAITH alone. [2 Corinthians 5:7] Keep going and don't beat yourself up over it. Or over anything. Because salvation is complete once you accept Jesus into your heart, and the purification process which happens (distancing you from these new age shenanigans) is very natural and very much feels like it's happening *to* you without your effort or without you noticing. Thank you for bringing me back to my earlier comment because I can see that even more now :) YOU GOT THIS GIRL! Holy Spirit is working through just lean back, let go & hold onto the faith of Jesus Christ in your heart. 💝

this testimony resonates with me the most because thats how new age got me as well, with my desire to become successful. at first, i was agnostic and i was just into self-improvement and it was working and i started going to the gym and stuff and i loved it. but then i came across manifesting, astrology, and then tarot cards, and the tarot readers saying im meant to be famous and get money. and then i was in this state of delusion, thinking i was making progress while i had no stable foundation, just the delusion that the new age brought me, and it even ruined my relationship and now im in no contact, and i have nothing to hold on to. now i have to pick up the pieces again.

and i really like how you mentioned we have this false sense of that god wants us to be in a shell. because that is what made me fall into new age instead of god, because i didnt want to be controlled but theres a difference between being controlled and trusting god and controlling your life while holding god's hand and sticking to his word.

I have seen a lot of „new age to Jesus” testimonials in my recommended but did not watch them. Once I discovered manifestation, I fell into the rabbithole of consuming all the content that comes with it. Literally addicted to tarot readings. Did any of the rituals/predictions come true? Not. At. All. And I thank God for that. Because he is the one that is guiding me on this path I simply am too small to understand. Your video spoke to me, I threw out my tarot and oracle cards - I will sell my crystals collection too. It feels liberating to not be the „allmighty” that can do and attract everything our ego comes up with. Church in my country is really conservative, but I will find my way back to Jesus. Thank you for this, hope to see more content on the topic of faith 💖

I am by no mean a christian and probably never will be. I don't even know why I ended up clicking on this video but I can admit that the whole manifestation and law of attraction can become heavy and an obsession. Spirituality can be unhealthy. I definitely relate to this video. Anyway I like your perspective thank you.

A jealous and angry god. There are tens of thousands of intepretations of scripture you found someone that conveyed a kind and loving hope and redemption. And want to be that yourself.... so you believe scriptures that align with your beliefs... the only right way is not exclusive to one belief system.

There is only one way to really read the bible. That people have bend the truth, changed it etc. and false teacher also build up on it is truth. No one really change a lie dont they. :) But understand you are from new age yourself. I was that myself. Until I understood the bible is all Gods words, and you have to accept it all. Then you really see the truth:)

I will say honestly and openly and hope all trust and believe… astrology, manifestation, crystals etc all that is connected to Jinn evil spirits they lead you to believe it’s working for you . those glimpses of glitter is fake and it’s darkness that’s masked behind it … I am Muslim and can 100% get what you experienced..
