Is the fan running or not?

Please tell me what is happening in your ac unit.

Not cooling properly, compressor cycling too fast cant change anything on display.. e.g. - display says 79, its stuck on auto mode and low fan soeed

1. Firstly, the IDU and the ODU should be matched and connected properly. 2. Observe the main external control panel, turn on the air conditioner, three lights are all lighted up then off and the relay pulls in. If not, it is power supply problem. 3. Connect the black signal line S to terminal N of ODU. Turn on the A/C, if "E5" is still reported, the main external control panel need to be replaced. If "E5" is still reported at this time, go to step 4. 4. Change a new main internal control panel, if the error code E5 remains, then the problem should be on the main external control panel.

There will be no Fluctuations, because you have removed the communication cable from the outdoor unit. Only one side of communication is receiving That's why it will not fluctuate.

Did you check the outdoor unit N to S, after disconnecting the S from the outdoor unit. What is the voltage from the outdoor side?

I also have 2 of the identical units working correctly so can compare values. It did initially trip the circuit breaker before the E5 occurred.

​@@Rehankhan_HVAC_TIPSJust checked it and no DC voltage from S on the outdoor unit. Worth checking the fuse on the odu? Or is it pretty much dead? I'll remove it and have a look in a day or 2. Don't have easy access to it. 👍

The ac unit is getting overloaded either from the indoor side or the outdoor side. Or Condenser is block

If it's a new ac try to sell as soon as possible, then you can buy an inverter ac

According to this F3 Error, it seems that your compressor is getting over heat or the discharge sensor is having the issue. Step to follow: 1) Need to service the outdoor unit, if you are still getting the same issue call a professional to check the sensor & compressor condition.

Are you facing the error ER in your Ac?

Try to claim the warranty & exchange the unit. That will be best, to check the unit needs to open indoor and outdoor units . As it's a new ac it's better to replace the unit. Thanks

@mousumighosh1421 If it's cooling then thier is no issue, 1) check the if the ac is cooling or not if it's cooling it means no issue in ac. 2) Check if their is any ice formation in small pipe. 3) check outdoor unit is working continually or not, if running then need to check the outdoor unit. 4) if ac is cooling please don't do any remote setting, just use as normal.

Check if it's a cable issue no problem need to connect properly , if there is a PCBs card fault or sensor fault better to replace the ac. As it's a new ac unit.

May be cable between indoor & outdoor units not fixed properly. If there is no issue with cable then try to change the unit.

System abnormal 1) Check if the high pressure valve and low pressure valve open . 2) Check if the refrigerant is short, then recharge. 3) Check if the temperature sensor on the outdoor condenser is loose or broken. 4) Replace the indoor main PCB.
