I enjoyed your video and honesty. Ive had a different strap for abnout s year and only used it twice. I seen it after doing some cleaning and didn't want to throw it away without truly giving it a try. So i went to KZfaq to see some reviews. Looking at your video gave me the courage to try one more time but constantly. What was most important was posture to me. Sitting straight up and watching tv is probably the best way to get an hour of chin strapping in each day. So this will be my journey for the next 6 months. I will let you know how it goes.

Scrub your scalp it’s probably Not getting clean . Your hair looks oily On the first day. My son doesn’t scrub his scalp just plops shampoo on and I have to go I’m with dawn dish soap and white vinager and unclogs his pores and shiny hair just Looks so Healthy

I tried applied castor oil on my hair years ago, hair was so sticky and took me many time to washed it out. Was it difficult for u to wash it out the following day?

Omg. So whiteheads on my nose a nd chin area means purging?I never have pimples have a cleas skin usually but once a year sometimes i get pimples on those areas. I stopped using retionol but the purging has left me scarred. Like the pimples have gone but the red spots are there.and some continue to show up every once in a while.

Daily when u wash ur hair before washing it u have to get 2 spoons custor oil and 2 spoon onion juice and 2 spoon lemon juice and also a E vitamin capsules one mix it together and apply it one hour before washing the hairs it can reduce all problems which u have for hairs 😊 thanks for reading

My hair became really beautiful the moment I stopped chemical shampoos. I didn't even use anything just water, hair was suddenly perfect. I use only natural soap only 1x per month now, otherwise only water to clean my hair. H&S is one of the worst out there, it will destroy your hair, create dandruff, and dry your hair and scalp to hell. But now it's getting long - I haven't been to a hair salon in 4 years. I need to up my game - castor oil seems great for this, I will try it out.
