So just to clarify the practical benefits, if you are someone that just wants the passport but you do not plan to live in Canada beyond the time required to obtain the passport, the only really tangible gain that you will benefit from having a passport/citizenship is visa free entry into countries you want to travel to for holiday (assuming you are a frequent traveller).

I personally know a number of people who used fake job descriptions to get LMIA and got PR. Hope IRCC finds them out and hope the damage is reversed

Wont have any impact as the people who’re getting lmia jobs have to return the tax amount as they only get $10-11 per hour on cash and from that cash amount they still have to return back the tax (approx $800-$1000 per month) … Nobody listens

Employer never finds 10 out of 10 time any suitable employee. No matter how quality is Canadian employees who post job going to end up foreign worker. All employer use LMIA as extra tax free cash income. Normal rate I’d $25000 to $100000:

A safe bet for IRCC would be check all the applications of people belonging to Punjab. I am sure many coming from Punjab are hardworking and genuine cases but there are many who indulge in fraudulent activities. I have nothing against Punjabis, just that I have lived in Brampton for a few years and I hear countless stories from ppl from Punjab and some from Gujrat, boasting about how they tricked the system. Another simple check that IRCC can do is to match ppl's IELTS score with their actual English speaking skills. I have met many PRs and even Canadian citizens in Brampton who hai from India but cannot speak a single grammatically correct sentence in english
