Hey so I had a question. When doing it, are we supposed to see our "soul" from a 3rd person pov? Like see it doing activities or are we supposed to purposely see through "our self" when doing this??

I've been following your channel for almost a month now. I really appreciate your work and all the meditations that I've done until now are wonderful. There is something strange about this one I don't understand. While I was with my spirit guide, I felt something grabbing on my left foot. I wasn't wearing my socks. I got scared and "returned to the planet Earth" immediately. But didn't open my eyes. Then, when I calmed down I decided to go up where my spirit guide was waiting for me. I sat there, near him. Everything was perfect, I was relaxed...until you spoke out of nowere and I got really scared. I had to interrupt this video. And this was my first time with an astral travel. Maybe it happened because I have no notion about it and I'm not prepared. So, I'll continue to listen to your meditations here on your faboulous channel and I send you lot of joy, love and respect for your good job here! Hugs from Italy! ❤❤😊

Dude idk this is frustrating I got a frame of me with a dog on a very inclined hill grass very green looking at clouds it’s so dam frustrating I got a frame for a sec and gone when I was little I remember knowing what a microscope was even the name and how it worked cause now that I think about it better if I’m not tripping when I was born I had flashbacks of me being a scientist and well it’s funny it matches who I am but my point is don’t feel bad if you can’t just keep trying it doesn’t mean you don’t have past life’s or anything I’m pretty sure we all have I will keep trying

I have watched these videos to fall asleep for years and still do, I never knew much about it but these stories are my best hope falling asleep.

Something strange happened to me. At first I saw a women in blue gown with yellow hairs, tall, beautiful and radiant that I cant see her and couldn't notice anything else but after sometimes i started to feel fear and it getting intense with every minute for 5 minutes , it was so intense that i never felt before and then suddenly voice started in the video and i got a shock and breakdown with fear , i cried like hell and then i started to feel fear from me only. What is this bizzare thing t happened to me did i have done anything wrong in meditation or its just my mind made stuff :(

I was ready but then you said feel the earth beneath and I stop. I am on the 3rd floor 😢

The roots from my feet spead all over the earth until it was covered.. The librarian was an old female witch. My name in this lifetime is also my name there. I didnt expect this but I went straight to a beautiful big forest, the tiny people fae, are so happy to see me. As i was floating in the river, all elementals went outside to welcome me and see me. I was like a female white pure light and while everyone is smiling and excited to see me, i brought upon a huge ball of light and rain it upon the whole place and entire earth.... it was like that until the narrator came back...

Mermaid in Atlantis? High technology. then came to a new earth grew legs, lived in the forest. could be invisible if I wanted. I loved the sunlight, moisture, birds and forest air. I was impaled by living tree, and became one with it. was later reborn as a young girl in Asia, living in a village with my friend and lover, we would watch the stars at night lying in the grass giggling with each other. My First and true love. He left for war and never returned. I was also a girl in nazi Germany, hated the war. It scared me and was appalled by the adults around me. They were drinking, smoking and celebrating. I felt lonely and scared. my father was a kind doctor. he didn’t agree either, but went along with things. Was also a woman in Egypt. Spiritual, seeking the divine. I was in hiding. my gifts had awakened and was participating in spiritual warfare. Was crossing a huge desert with others. Died along the journey due to dehydration. Primordial soul in the universe. one with everything and nothing. I was brought forth and born. as a delightful entity. celebrating and serving. Young and happy. Then was born was an Atlantean.

I tried it but didn't complete the whole meditation . I got a chance to see her she was wearing a white dress her skin was glowing i couldn't see her face she kept quiet . Then i stopped the whole thing. Can one keep doing this meditation everyday until the higherself speaks my mind kept wondering between the meditation it felt nice trying this

I did this last night. It was literally the most beautiful life changing encounter in my life. I was in a large tall room with giant windows that looked out to a courtyard of high vines. My higher self started as a humanoid form of brilliant light and GREW into a gigantic bright and beautiful being in bright white glowing armor. It was a she (though I’m male) and I could t make out a face cause she was so tall and huge and so bright and glowing. The love and acceptance I felt made me break down and she led me to a room like a round courtroom of accending rows of other me’s who all answered any question I had. They stated frequently that my answers I’ve always known, but that having experienced them and saw proofs of them, that is how they are able to answer my questions. They couldn’t answer anything that was in the future or uncertain cause it “broke the rules “ lol I started to laugh cause they different selves had my humor as well. They showed me that a girl that I knew as a young child was my soul mate but when she moved away she gave me a phone number of where she was moving and as a young child 7 or 8 I lost it naturally. But they said being with her in this lifetime was “expert level” but that I would meet her soul in other lives and it was a game we played on our soul level. My higher self (the large armored being) told me of how everything is a series of “infinite infinites “ that even she was a soul fragment of me far evolved and she over looked soul fragments of me below her. There were infinite infinities of lifetimes that we experience though many are close and they cannot share info of lifetimes that are too close to my current. I downloaded information faster than I could think to ask questions. I feel completely changed and hope to never lose the feeling it gave me. She warned me against doing it too often as it’s addictive and cause cause mania so to do this sparingly. So so beautiful and life changing. Thank you to the creator of this it changed my life. And drew me closer to the center love source that was also revealed to me. A being an infinite infinites more advanced than my higher self even was

I did this and couldn’t make out like an actual person. But when I did make out someone their wings turned black and so did their hair and eyes and it was super uneasy feeling. I stopped meditation and I'm gonna go cleanse myself and meditate about this later.

Never done a meditation before with so much breathing. Did not like as mind was simply not able to relax from all the doing

Only comment is that the in through the nose and out through the mouth was too quick for me, other than that - great!
