Nice looking fob, but let down by the fact that the leather is far too wide where the ring is attached...this vastly reduces the amount of keys that can be placed on it. This fob would be much more practical (and look better) if that part of the leather was tapered/narrowed. Also, due to the width of that part, the leather will distort and look terrible, as time goes on...it will pull out of shape and look awful.

Wow' thanks for sharing this keychain video, I like it, i'm just new to leather making & I think this will be my 1st project, I saved out the template thanks for that, but there were no dimensions in that, so i'm wondering what measurements are used on this, I mean the length & the width of this keychain holder?

How much would it be to get you to make 7 of these customized for my friend's bachelor party? Just would need different initials on the back with maybe the date stamped in. Feel free to message me and I'll send my email.
@beepIL4 жыл бұрын
Dude don't put initials on such a thing, especially not a freaking bachelor party date of all things This kind of crap is what turns such an item from an every day quality product you can use, into something you stow away as a "keepsake" never to be looked or touched again by anyone until you die.

@@beepIL Ok bud. Great advice without knowing the entire story of why the date is important to all of us as a group of friends outside of the bachelor party. But thanks anyways lol.

@@PureToneMusic dont listen to him, can i suggest you look into leather foil heat stamping as well, the shine is great on black leather and after it fades (which will give it character as longas it fades evenly over time) can be rebuffed as a regular engraving with some antique and saddle soap. If you are ordering single pockets like this you can put them in your front jacket pocket with a folded handkerchief (possibly red against the black to display the initials for photos. Any kind of personality that you can put on leather only gives it character, the only way to make it crap like he thinks is if the person you hire does a bad job. My names on all my cowboy action equipment so i dont see the problem with a date and initials

Не совсем понятно как в этом кошельке храниться будут деньги, не очень эргономичный на мой взгляд, исполнение работ на высоком уровне. Нужно было в конце больше показать результат, то чего мы все 12 минут ждали, да и на практике показать как оно.
