The reason the librarian kept the flood sample is she knew what they were before. The cure they were looking for wasnt for the things infected by the flood the cure they were looking for was for the flood it self. They were responcible for the precursers becoming the flood. And the only way to redeem them selves are to cure them restore them to their previous state. They are essentially gods, the most advanced species in exsistance. And they wiped them out because of petty jelousy for giving the mantle to the humans instead of them. If they wiped out the flood the knowlege would go with them. The reason for exsistance would be lost forever.

This game is beautiful and has amazing art and graphics? Yeah But the puzzles are fucking terrible. The first levels were okay, but after the third or fourth level there are a lot of ridiculously awful puzzles made by someone that clearly don't know anything about puzzles. This game really had potential to be great but it's annoying

34:25 its odd mojang allowed farlands, when in the og game it is supposed to be a glitch and now farlands is gone because the newer updates patch it up. Also its impressive how the game relates command block origin with the secret book which is located in the farlands. Full of game breaking discoveries
