Can you do a flip through of your Camila Derika ( pop manga) finish pages? I think I butchered the artist name but I just bought 3 of her books but would love to see some inspiration. How refreshing to actually see adult colouring books rather than child books. I was interested in the colours ‘n’ chics book (very unusual for me to go for this) as I could practise skin tones. Hi Monai..First of all i am So Pleased for you that your subscription boxes are a great success! I'll watch your videos any time you post them. I'm always pleased to hear about your art endeavors! You work so hard!...I use one of those hard childrens books for an art journal for myself. It's fun. Would love to see the completed journal you are going to make...Wild Summer is a fabulous coloring book!...Wonderful gifts and overall Haul. Perhaps you could slow down and mention the titles as you showed a couple here I am interested in but I had to time the pause so I could see the titles. Love your book choices as they are mostly adult rather than childlike 🙏

I had a 48 set of gel pens which some dried out as I didn't use thm much cause I had other craft interest now I'm bck into colouring I ordered a 240 set of Gels on Temu a 120 set and a 48 both on Amazon waiting for thm to arrive ... thnx for sharing luv all ur sets I'm gonna try the Decorese and the one starting wth Z ...

I hope you have learned how to work with these pencils now because they are wonderful tools. But they need to be layered in a gentle way, many gentle layers. They will keep layering on and on and you can create a host of new colours and shades by doing so. I started with the 18 count set and worked up a double page spread in Johanna’s Secret Garden with just those. You can’t tell there were only 18 pencils in use. Use the black and white to gently adjust the tone of colours. Dark blue added to the greens makes lovely dark greens. You can’t blend them together the way you tried here. Blends need to be feathered in. Used in conjunction with polychromos pencils you end up with many more colour options. They are worth persevering with.

This is a pearl, what a great finding!!! I am so grateful for your flip through!! I definitely would and will buy it!! Lovely book, and the total opposite of "regular" coloring books (I know it is not slecifically a coloring book). Size is very appealing too, to me! I love smaller and pocket sized books!! I miss it, that they usually always make big books.... The hardcover version is a little bigger, not much though. It must be something similar to "100 hugs" book? If you don't read reviews, I can relate :) Regardless, for an advise, it is very wise to always read the description at least and for books the small publishing section. There is the size, numbers of pages, publisher info. (as for me, I try to avoid independently published/amazon paper books, I am just not keen on it. That's how I learned, to always read at least that little section on the amazon website). And if it is not mentioned (like temu or other webshops) and there is no info on the net about it, or no flipthrough cam be found, it is very rare but happens, than I rather wait with the purchase or not buy at all... That's too suspicious and everything is marketing now, in these days!! I won't waste my money on something that's really a black spot.) I hope you don't mind my epic novel comment 🙃 but it is so valuable to exchange info and experience for me.
