mhhh... I think no... u should not underestimate the amount of honor u need past rank 7. I think around rank 6/7/8 is maybe easy but then it starts to get hard

I wouldn’t put too much thought into week 1 raid comps. This was speed running and class stacking. Week 3-4 will be a better representation with more gear/tier and content on farm.

Telling you from the begining combat is the top rogue spec and stays on top a tier to s tier the entire expansion people sleeping on how strong it actually is lol.

Combat is strong, especially with legendary daggers but not in the top 5. It’s always behind Unholy, Arms, Survival, Fire, Ele and Demo

?? wtf? fury is at the bottom??? for real? wtf? when i was fury back when cata was released back then. fury was decent or good. though it was single minded fury was pumpin till firelands came out then titan's grip picked up cause of the weapon dmg and then end of the expansion, dragonsoul had that sword that summoned tentacle that shot a lazer out and channeled, it also can proc more of them and that did a shit load of dmg. fury was like top 3. here though, it's the bottom???

Because parses are food average but can also miss a lot. This guy is looking 95 parses where classes like fire mages got lucky with crit and it pushed them to the top

first of all its the first week. second fury only has very less parses as u can see in the video because Arms is so much better atm. so I dont think fury is truly so hard on the bottom but yes they struggle

We are not on the same balance patch as OG cata launch. They have us on the final balance tuning so it won't be the same ranking. Marksman hunter was OP in phase 1 cata but it's not the case here because of the final patch tuning.

You can't really just go after those stats. If you look into fight by fight assa wins over combat in most of them. It's just that there are some bosses that assa is really bad at that brings down their score alot

kinda true what you say but at the end I had to go for a number and take that. I didnt look for numbers who best fit my "narrative" I just decided to go for one and put a quick dps ranking together which is surely not the 100% complete picture

Worth mentioning in week1 that feral and hunter only have a 346 blue weapon outside of raid drops available. Any STR spec has zinrok and any INT caster got the staff. Don't know about rogue, enhancer but I assume they are also locked to 346. Next Lockout PvP 359 weapon is available or raid 359/372, let's see damage then 😅

Might be a bad idea looking at 95th percentile for ranking things like fire mage. Those parses will be the people who likely got extremely lucky with their combusts and not reflective of the majority.

Combat is semi competitive with assass in this tier depending on your gear but combat takes over hard for the rest of the expansion, the only rogue spec that beats it in dragon soul is sub and that’s if you’re good at the rotation and if your guild is skilled enough to speed clear it is worse or equal depending on skill or player to combat it no speed runs, but an avg combat will compete with a non speed run top tier sub rogue assassination is avg

Has to do with main gauge combats mastery this early being very strong with light mastery, and everytime you do a finished reducing cooldown on killing spree and adrenaline rush so you can fire off multiple per fight

Don’t understand where your info is coming from current sims showing unholy ontop by s bit, combat right behind then by like 4K dps both id put in s tier every other spec in the a tier is simming 4-5k under combat only real source of data that isn’t considering player skill so the only neutral source of data until actual raids

I think you are right about that maybe “troll” tier is too harsh, I take that. but for the normal casual player Sub Rogue is far away from being a good spec without the legendary daggers

@@mulltiy You dont even really need the legendaries, if played really well you can actually compete for top dps spot. It's the same with Demo locks, there's a landslide between a decent and a good Demo lock on the dps meter.

at the end of the video I explain that I even should put fire mage in S but I really think Fire Mage is (very) gear dependent which means if a warlock gets much better gear first 2-3 weeks I think they can put higher numbers than Fire Mage. but your critic is understandable in that case

In Dragon soul with Legendary daggers I was pumping 60-70k Dps in Dragon soul Normal & Heroic, It's not the best spec pre Dragon soul but once you get DS and Legendary daggers Sub rogue is top 3 dps for Single target alongside Surv hunter & Mage - Other fights which require some AOE Combat out performs Sub but again combat is top 3 dps spec in Dragon Soul. People making these tier lists seem clueless
