I had lifter problems on my 5.3 for probably 50,000 (3 years) miles and I never really bothered to fix it. It was fine.

04 is still the two valve in the super duty. F-150 they started with the three valve in 04 but wait until 05 on the super duty. This is a good one just calling BS on the 94,000 miles

Very rare and very nice truck indeed! GM should have kept the manual transmissions past the 07 classic trucks! It's a shame they are not offered in the new body trucks.
