please tell me how are the Rane mixer and Traktor Kontrol connected? what does switching look like? (to an external sound card? and then into the computer? Tractor Control downloads tracks from the PC program, right?)

Doesn’t the master button add the filter to everything? And the channel filter button route the channel into it so on/off or off/on = on in both cases? - looks like you’ve routed your track into the filter (red light above the slider). You should retry this without routing that track into the filter I think, I don’t own one but I have been drooling over the manual.

Kaiser: a friend of mine has strongly recommended this mixer. Curious what your thoughts are? Looks very good.

I would like to buy a Model1, but the widely talked about fader issue puts me off (ie "all the action" is at the top of the travel). I know other Allen&Heath mixers have the adjustable fader curve toggle switch. If the Model1 gets an update on the fader issue I'll buy one, as I love the overall concept / design.

The Rane sounds warmer while the Model 1 sounds cleaner. 🤔 guess it’s all about preference

it seems to me that the signal on the Rane is too high gain and tends to pump unnaturally and it seems to sound better than Model 1. I had both of these mixers (I still have original USA MP2015) but I got the DJM-V10 there beats both of them

Hii. Great video. How do you have these connected? Digital or analog? I have the Denon SC6000 and X1850 mixer. I’m not too jazzed up in the mixer though. I was looking at this MP2015 and came across your sound test video with vinyls. I wanted to know how the internal DAC was on the mixer. Is it better to use the DAC in the SC6000s or in the MP2015?? I have a Pioneer DJS-1000 and RMX-1000 to connect up as well.

Yeah, I love the Rane. I have a question though... How is the resistance on your EQ pots? Meaning, when you turn the knobs up or down, how do they feel? Do they all feel the same? The resistance on mine is firm and smooth on all except for 2 random pots on different channels (bass on channel 2, and mid on channel 4), and those feel more loose with the set 12 o'clock position being a little loose as well.

La Model 1 tiene mejor apertura de estereo y más definición en agudos, y la Rane en grabes. Cada uno tiene lo suyo. Sería dificil decir cual es mejor. Supongo que cuestión de gustos.

Si sacaran una edición sin los faders rotatorios, sería la mesa que querría comprar. Gran selección de música!!

If you don't mind I have a few doubts.... - Once everything is connected (sound card/mixer/laptop) what/where do I have to select if I want to play DVS vinyls then straight vinyls back and forth along my set? - When playing straight vinyls, is the sound digital (via the sound card) or it remains analogue by bypassing it? - Generally, do you notice a loss of sound quality with DVS? Turn down distortion knob to a minimum thats the knob with Red light little one and also move the top knob (filter - smal one ) before you do anything with that which isn't working :) hope it helps :)

Lovely equipment!! If you don't mind I have a question: I have only 2 Turntables (Technics). No CD player, Midi Controller etc... Can I play regular vinyl as well as Digital vinyl back and forth from the turntables, WHITHOUT HAVING TO SWITCH the input (Phono/SP) on the back panel of the mixer?
