Von dem Spültisch leider nicht mehr, da ich den für meinen zweiten Ausbau bereits zerlegt habe. Die Kurzanleitung: nachdem die Maße für das Bettmodul standen, wusste ich, dass ich noch ~40cm in der Breite hatte um dort den Waschtisch rein zu bauen. Das Brett habe ich auf die Höhe des Kofferraumrollos montieren wollen und von der Stärke her so ausgewählt, dass es in die Führung des Rollos reinpasst. Dann habe ich mithilfe von Winkeln und Holzlatten einen einfachen Unterbau darunter gesetzt, eine Ausklinkung für den Zeitpunkt hinzugefügt und die rechte Seite mit Brettern verkleidet. Für die Vorderseite habe ich dann noch zwei Führungslatzen für die Frontverkleidung hinzugefügt. Die Spiegel waren an die Rückwand geklebt. Bezüglich der Elektrik habe ich einen einfachen Schalter mit einer kleinen Tauchpumpe verbunden. Daran war dann der kleine Wasserhahn angeschlossen. Das Waschbecken war mit einem flexiblen Schlauch mehr oder weniger professionell mit einem Abwasserkanister verbunden. Mit deiner Frage hast du mich auf jeden Fall inspiriert auch für den neuen usbau ein Waschbecken zu konstruieren

War eine Kunsthoffplatte hobbycolor vom Obi baumarkt, die hatte genau die gleiche dicke wie die Fensterscheiben und ließ sich einfach bearbeiten

Puh, schwer abzuschätzen. 6-7kg🤷🏼‍♂️ kommt natürlich drauf an was für Holz man verwendet. Alu ist natürlich wesentlich leichter...

Den Fenstereinsatz hinten rechts habe ich während der Fahrt öfter auch mal rausgenommen um einen besseren Schulterblick machen zu können. Durch das Fenster hinten links kann ich als Fahrer sowieso nicht durchsehen, und die schwarzen Kunststoff Fenstereinsätze bleiben während der Fahrt natürlich auch nicht drin. Insofern genauso sicher wie sonst auch🤷🏼‍♂️

My First build wasn't the best for a rear-end collision. That's true. But It ist possible to build a wooden frame that won't hurt you when beeing rear-ended. My second built would fold up more - so less damage for the Driver. And you are always able to check the rear mirror when approaching the end of a Traffic Jam🤷🏼‍♂️

I ordered the mattress from Amazon and cut a part to fit between the wheel arches. It is a four-part folding mattress with a height of 7cm, but 10cm would be recommended.

Hatte die als Zuschnittreste gekauft waren glaub 12mm.

The trunk is 1m wide between the weels. I need to messure the length but it has to be around 2 meters long (rearseats down). The slatted frame is custom made with staples, special nails would be better. The textile material is a cotton band.

I had to remove the lower part of the rear seats for the nearly flat surface. Maybe thats possible for your citroen too? Nevertheless the caddy or berlingo are great camper cars.

Habedie folgende Folie verwendet und diese einfach zugeschnitten. Für die Heckscheibe hatte ich Klettklebepads damit die Folie hebt, bei den übrigen Fenstern hat reinklemmen ausgereicht: SuperFOIL Isolierfolie (1 m x 7 m) - 4 mm, doppelschichtiger Hitze-Reflektor für Wände, Böden, Dächer, Wohnmobil und Wohnwagen, 1 Rolle Aluminium-Luftpolsterfolie, silberfarben amzn.eu/d/4AXOBku

Ich meine ich hatte 25*50er verwendet (kanten gerundet und lasiert) Mit den Konterlatten/Kanthölzern die du hast, wird der Tisch vermutlich etwas schwer, aber auch nochmal etwas stabiler🤷🏼‍♂️

Super vielen Dank für die Rückmeldung. Er kann ruhig schwerer werden, er wird zu Hause Gebrauch finden also muss er nur ein paar Mal im Jahr über kurze Wege transportiert werden.

Oh, I am not sure. I have to messure it. But top of the matress has to be ~40cm above the trunk bottom.

@@Technikcheck2016 thanks. I figured 40cm as well. How thick the wood scantlings you used in your design? Have you documented your construction somewhere?

Unfortunately I don't have any documents/pictures for the expansion. Just the video. I think they are 2,4cm*2,4cm. The boards of the slatted frame are 12*1,5*100cm. A recommendation: I built the construction wider in the door area than between the wheel housings. That immediately increased the sense of space.

You noticed the disadvantages. But it was the cheapest methode for me to travel with all my things, so I had to accept these disadvantages. The car even has advantages: nobody believes someone is sleeping inside so safer and less problems with finding a spot for the night💁🏼‍♂️
