Played the course this past Wednesday. Love it!! What a fun course. The amount of work that has already been done and the look of the ongoing construction show this place will only get better. Really enjoyed myself.

Ahhh…Enniscrone! I played it before it was discovered (1997) and paid the approximate equivalent of $40! It’s a gem, for sure! The Head Professional at the time was Charlie McGoldrick (rest in peace), who joined me. What a wonderful host and great guy!

Hi Tom. I lived off the 6th hole at Sullivan C.G.C. for 25 years growing up. Started playing there when I was five. Ended up becoming a PGA Golf Professional and never forgot how that course and the Pros working there, like Vince Cali, helped me get started. Would love to help your effort in any way that I can. Such great memories.

Love to see this!! My Dad has been playing there since his teenage years, he’s 68 now. This course is such a staple in his life and social circle. I hope you are successful in every way imaginable. It’s much needed in the area.

This is great! So glad the Sullivan County Golf Course is getting a rehab. Spent many long, fun days and evenings at this place bartending and waiting tables for all the leagues and weekend golfers. Such a great place!!!

I played golf at Wake Forest from 1980 to 85 and then moved to Orlando , Florida to play J. C. Goosie's minitour in hopes of making the PGA Tour one day . I got a part time job at Grand Cypress Resort in order to have a good place to play and practice . Bill Murray attended the Golf Academy one winter and will never forget this man and his non standard golf outfits . He was late every morning and would have a checkered button down shirt with striped bermuda shorts and socks with pictures on them . He was truly one of a kind and treated everyone great . lol

Tom you are Carnes greatest ambassador & I know Gerry & Fiona absolutely adore you. It’s quite simply the best golf course on the planet bar none. Played St Patrick’s when it was 2 weeks old & shot 2 over par it was brilliant. When we came in they said well lads what do you think & I said great track but no where near Carne, well ya should of seen there faces 🤣🤣 Keep her lit Tom 💚🏌🏿‍♂️

Cruit Island!! Truly on the edge of Ireland. Even the locals haven't heard of it. When I played there the bartender pouring Guinness was also the golf pro. #6, my favorite par 3 in the world. Try and time your tee shot when the whale hole sprays water while your ball is still in air.
