I need help i have been taking care of my hair washing it ever week but its like when i twist my hair hair comes out thrubthe twist and i have to end up taking the sissors and cut why is my hair doing this i have trimmed and trimmed and i try to make sure my ends are misturized what is going on with my hair i take vitamis iron lots of supplements vitamin d help

You really dont k ow whats in these products or if they really work. People be showing you hair that grows naturally from a healthy scalp. However many blk women have damaged hair from using synthetic hair for braids and various products that claim to geow hair. If i see a real hair journey from damges to healed, maybe i try the product. For now I'm doing my own hair journey with my natural homemade products and so far so good.

@AllaboutMemee lol I love that accent and I appreciate your video. When I saw how wet your hair was when you added leave in I figured I'd try next wash day. Normally by day 3 I see white residue from the leave in. I think I've been doing it wrong this whole time. Thank you so much for the tutorial 🫶🏽

This and i remember here in Chicago we used to use lusters and moisture max with grease and water and my hair grew as a kid i want to say moisture max is discontinued i never hear about it anymore
