Since I've never found a dry milk powder that tasted good, adding cow's milk to it, to me, would just yield a funny tasting milk.

Not all of these ads are from the 1960s. That Philip Morris cigarette commercial, for example, was from I Love Lucy, so it dates from the 1950s. I'm not sure if it is him, but the voiceover announcer in that Zenith ad sounds like William Conrad. The beautiful blonde in the Prom ad with Chico and Harpo Marx is Barbara Eden. That commercial is likely from the '50s as well. J.J. Barry is the husband in the first ad for Pet Instant Breakfast Plus. That's Dena Dietrich (aka Chiffon's Mother Nature) in the ad for Phillips' Milk of Magnesia. By the way, the Libby's Sloppy Joe commercial plays twice during this video: at 14:25 and again at 18:44. So does the General Tire spot with the chimp: at 19:13 and at 23:19. There's another General Tire ad with the same chimp at 25:58. Ed Lauter (The Longest Yard, original version) is in the Bayer aspirin ad at 26:49, and Dave Madden from The Partridge Family and Laugh-in is in the Chesterfield filters commercial at 27:20.

Since you took the time, I'll respond by simply stating the library of congress entry's date in the 1960's I'd have added commentary if anyone other than you would ever care to hear it. Thanks for watching yet another allegedly high demand video that generated dismal views.

Wow - a real vintage Crazy Eddie ad from back in the days before they got in trouble with the SEC over securities fraud and insider trading, among other things. Then you have Sterling Holloway (aka Winnie the Pooh) doing the voiceover for Purina Puppy Chow. That's Howard Platt (Officer Hoppy from Sanford & Son) as the dad in the KFC commercial. I've never seen that Ott's salad dressing commercial before; now that it's been on this video twice I can say I've seen it two times (LOL),

At 0:39 seconds, in that Singer sewing machine ad, that's Michael Tucci (Sonny from Grease) and George Dzundza (Gus in Basic Instinct and Sgt. Max Greevey in Season 1 of the original Law & Order). In the Lux ad, that's Christopher Hewitt from Mr. Belvedere coming out of the woman's sink (1:21).

It must have been required that a truck pull up in front of the camera to showcase the company logo. Ford did it in 1951 and Chevy in 1958!

Back in the day, class meant something, today it's just a running joke and nothing else, even Hollywood makes fun of Buick when they used to drive Buick, today Hollywood wants to tell me what I should be driving, somebody needs to tell Hollywood that special effects and a lousy scripts does not a classic movies or sitcoms.

The earliest power windows were hydraulically operated (they had to use reservoirs filled with brake fluid to get the windows back up). They worked fine until the reservoirs leaked (and took the paint off the body in so doing). By 1951 or so, electrically powered windows became available, but they were still considered too rich for most cars
