I grew up on El Chico's Sourcream Chicken Enchiladas! I have longed for them and El Chico's salsa for decades! Have never been able to duplicate it. Wish we had an El Chico's here!

Hmmm I dont see you using any butter. and my local fave asian buffet has something that looks a lot like this but tastes buttery and I dont taste mayonnaise in it. hmmm now i wonder if these tatse the same or different?
