It has been my pleasure to have worked at AHS for the last 9 years. Cargowise One is a GREAT product. I am a licensed CustomsHouse Broker and if I were still clearing entries, I would want CW1 as my software of choice.

Wow, 67% of Supply Chain Managers still using Excel! Mind blowing! I came from a background of using mostly Maximo and other databases. (On government contracts you have a have an approved system of record.)

Quick update to this talk,,the company she led "Serai" shut down their office and let everyone go! i guess no one bought her shit talk. this is the world we live in ...hire some "white people" or gwailos (in Chinese) who talk shit without knowing any science behind sustainability. Create hype with no sales but able to secure some funding from VC/PE and wind up the business when things fail. this gwalo is now a commercial director with "Avery Dennison" where she is selling the same piss in new bottle called "Digital Passport" and the same cycle continues. Avery will soon shut their digital business n the journey of this women will continue. This is known as "While Privilege". #Hastag Talk more do less know nothing!!!

Also Donna, according to a new survey by Kenco, 85% of supply chain leaders say staffing is still a problem at their organization. And in the 2022 State of Retail and E-Commerce Fulfillment Report released by Berkshire Grey, “More than half (57%) of executives believe labor shortages have hindered their ability to meet demand.” In response, 51% of executives are in the process of adopting or planning to adopt robotics to counteract labor shortages; increase employee satisfaction; and meet rising consumer expectations, such as free returns and faster delivery times. In other words, by improving their technology, warehousing and logistics leaders are gaining more and better candidates.

SHELLI: While 2022 brought positive returns for most 3PLs, many 3PLs are approaching 2023 with caution and a focus on managing costs, specialization, and integration. Heading into the new year, the industry will not only need to watch continued labor shortages and warehouse capacity constraints but also keep an eye on how inflation may impact overall operating expenses. Proactive management and automation efforts will drive efficiency in 2023.  Along with caution, there is still much room for optimism. Ecommerce order volumes continue to increase, brands are actively looking for new 3PL partners, and profitability gains made this year create a great foundation for profitable growth in 2023.

SARAH, As the 3PL warehouse industry continues to grow and service more order volume every year, technology adoption and integration have become even more important. Volume increases, compounded by the challenges in the labor market, have led to greater adoption of technology to reduce manual workloads and enhance process efficiencies.
