We have ducks who inhabit part of my potting shed. Every few years we tear their area out and rebuild it since the floor takes a beating. Last time I bought a HD roll of cheap linoleum and double stick tape to line the floor. It's a game changer. I line the floor w/ heavy plastic, use shavings. I can pick up the plastic liner and haul to the compost, sweep the linoleum, replace the plastic and start again. No rot or wood damage.
