Bought this Moto after doing my due diligence. Got it delivered and after the first day it no longer works. Getting an error code 15. Local bike dealer is saying Pedego has received similar reports. Come on Pedego, after spending over $4k on This e-bike I expected more. When is this issue going to be resolved? I have a $4k e-bike that doesn’t go sitting in my garage.

not really a big fan of this bike because the way it looks I like my zm and prefer it better but it’s still a cool looking bike even though I don’t like the design of it in my personal opinion

Why a pedego batteries going into sleep mode? I understand if you leave it powered on and don't use it but if you power it OFF then why go into sleep mode? Sleep mode is for when you leave something powered on and it goes into sleep mode. BUT when you turn it off it shouldn't go into sleep mode because it's OFF. Looks more like a design flaw rather than something that is suppose to happen.

Great how-to video. It's hard to tell if she removed the battery. My rack & Pedego are new & I've only used them once. When I rolled the bike up the ramp, I didn't realize my right hand had slipped over to the throttle. The bike took off like a rocket ship & came down & dented the back of my car. 🥵 I've since realized I should have turned the battery off, but I actually am going to remove the entire battery before loading onto the rack to make the bike 8+ pounds lighter.

I have a serouos ?? I bought one of these thing without a charger for a decent price I have 4 pin prongs inside on the bottom close to the battery of the middle bike handle anyway how do I know what charger volt to buy if I have 4 little holes inside?????

My 6 year old pedego city commuter won't go down to 5 in settings, what could be causing this. The pedal assist is not working, however the throttle on handlebar does work??

Great advertisement.. but people.. don''t get ripped off by Pedego. Ariel Rider, Juiced Bikes or Lectric are e-bike companies that make FASTER, class 3, e bikes for much less money than Pedego. All of Pedego's bikes have a hard 20 MPH limit while Lectric offers a $999 foldable e-bike that does 26 MPH with only minimal pedaling. Juiced and AR offer bikes that go OVER 28 MPH with slight pedaling for less than $2500.

We rented a pair of these today, and will be returning them tomorrow and ordering two of them! These were more fun to ride than I ever expected! We rode 42 miles today and used pedal assist about 3/4 of the time and the 5 bars of total battery charge didn’t even move. UNREAL!

We have pegego battery that shows green on the charger but only measures 1.6 volts. Suggestions?

This is incredible! How could anyone possibly want a bike other than a Pedego? After all, Captain Kirk would know which brand is best. He would never have allowed anything second rate on the Star Ship Enterprise, especially a sub par electric bike that could be used on other planets and moons. Pedego has it right here! It is a marketing bonanza to have someone like Captain Kirk endorse your product. Anyone that can fly a Starship would definitely know a quality electric bike when they see one. Who could possibly be a better spokesperson than Captain Kirk? Live long and prosper.... The folks at Pedego know who to listen to!
