I think that doing an interview being only assertive, never asking for a feedback on assumptions, requirements, design proposals, or numbers might be leading to failing the interview because it can give the impression of being opinionated and self-centered. Also, I think there's a lot of concepts that are explained fast, they are not super clear, and there aren't considerations about tradeoffs of why choosing what. A candidate like this would make me think twice about giving a positive feedback, if I were the interviewer.

Mentioning Blockchain but not understanding how it would be implemented is not ideal because you need some understanding of what a simple blockchain implementation looks like bc you'll be another PM over promising and under delivering

API's do not need to be only over the web and internet. They can exist between different API's and also different applications can request from one another different type of results. And they can be on the same intranet or on the same computer.

The streaming of live content was not a part of the functional requirement, so the question as the end when the videoviewingservice would crash due to scale is a little out of scope. I think the caching of the video with CDN and horizontal scaling would help with overload of the service,

Very sad video. I went through 70% of this video and I have no clue on what exactly this person is trying to build. Also on one side we are saying people consumed 2 hrs of audio and then we are moving to low attention span among people? I mean what r u sayinnng??? Also quoting random research and numbers ? Big No. Very Disappointed.

Good interview. I feel the high level design could have been a bit more detailed. e.g. could have considered CDN, authentication, object storage to store images etc. for the website/app, API protection .e.g WAF, DDOS protection e.g. cloudflare, maybe some analytics solution, logging and monitoring, CICD etc.

I love the detailed explanation, what I got about API is an application, software, or bridge that allows two or more computers to talk to each other by making a request and getting back a response.

Question about the Post-Sequencing and the Failed Post case. We used the row number with partition by user_id as the post sequencing id. pos_seq_id +1 which is the next row number. It would be for another user_id. Do we want to analyze the post sequencing failure under the same user?
