Ginger is toxic root that is highly protected by the plant with natural toxic comoounds. I woukd highly recommend to stay away from ginger.

Thanks for this video man! A lot calisthenics people just don't put enough effort into showing how to perform pike pushups correctly and how to implement them in a progression or drop sets. This was really useful!

If 8 reps is the max for strength, what’s the max for muscle building ?

Food for thought......the motion of the legs relative to the body during a deadlift mimicks the motion of the legs during sprinting..... Also as my deadlift numbers have gone up so has my sprinting speed (not my stamina just speed)....so the reverse must also be true. You can use sprints to workout the same muscles as the deadlift.

You are such an inspiration. I just ordered a slow cooker... I also want to try to go plant based. I tried it earlier in my life, but had a very bad Vitamin B12 deficiency and never wanted this to happen again. Greetings from Germany (f, 53 years)

Thanks! I appreciate that 😊 Glad to hear you want to try plant based again. I take a B12 and Vitamin D3 supplement, so I recommend using those next time you try plant based. You can skip the Vitamin D if you’re getting plenty of sun during summer, but B12 is handy all year round. Also, prioritize fruit and veggies when you can. They’re the best for us!

@@MinusTheGym Thank you for your reply and your tipps. I really appreciate it. I'll take both. I got a dog and go out a lot, but still I have a little bit of a Vit D deficiency. Germany has not many hours of sun. I also supplement iodine (kelp), as we are a country of very low iodine levels. Have a great day and thank you for the great videos. 🌹💜🌞

Take the two exercises from "Enter the kettlebell" (swing and TGU) and combine them with the one arm pushup and the pistol squat, you got a good over all training. Just add pullups. Thats it.
