my hot take (ik I’m late but what ever) the mischaracterisation of sun & moon in the fnaf fandom triggers me SO much (moons been my special interest for 2 years now. yes, just moon.) sun being seen as sweet and kind before help wanted 2 was fair enough but after???? not to mention how the fandom treats moon. in most fics I’ve read he’s portrayed as also sweet in kind??? how does anything about moon make you think he’d sing you to sleep and read you a lullaby?? he’d STRANGLE YOU ON SIGHT. he purposely goes out of his way to take the p1ss out of gregory, like waving at him while dragging freddy during parts and service… also, moon is aroace and agender and you can’t tell me otherwise. anyway, glittergolf is a great ship.

well, i was not expecting to cry watching a fnaf video, but here we are lol. as someone with an ed (its ednos now, started as a good ol anorexia nervosa), i relate to that character so hard. my entire existence is just centered around food, all of my thoughts are just a reminder of how hungry i am. seeing chica just die, not receving any help, not satisfying her hunger, not finding peace is so just scary and sad to me, because i am afraid thats whats coming for me. say all you want about what steelwool made of fnaf and how much it lacks the horror aspects, but damn everythig about glamrocks chica character is just sad and terrifying

idk if anyone else pointed this out yet but, Monty can still cause claw marks without the upgrades. In Roxy’s saloon during ruin and all throughout the path she takes to the raceway, there are several clawmarks and punch marks all over the place. FazFriends actually points this out in their analysis on the ruin’s environment. thought it was noticeable to point out lol

If I was fazbear entertainment,(a more considerate fazbear entertainment)I would have programmed her to have an emphasis on sharing food rather than eating it. She could sit with families and eat with them, making sure everyone is happy and well fed, and also getting to enjoy the social experience of eating with other people. Not only that but have her focus on fresh foods so that its easier to clean her insides at the end of the night, and only let her eat 4 pounds of food each day. She never needed this programming to advertise or like food, fazbear conglomerate is just a bunch of idiots making problems for themselves when they don't even need to cut corners. Heck, Chica could have also doubled as a janitor, taking all the garbage out so that roaches wouldn't get into the good foodstuffs. Coulda saved so much money honestly.

As others have said, I would've love to seen more of the mascot/characters of Springbonnie and Fredbear. Most of the FNAF 1 and FNAF 2 cast we now have some idea of what their 'animatronic' selves are because of UCN and other media such as Freddy & Friends on Tour but for two characters so foundational to FNAF's world-building we really never got to see the Fredbear's Family Diner experience. Like Fredbear at least got a surprisingly sassy and nihilistic (FNAF world mobile and halloween DLC was insane for his characterisation) personality in FNAF world but we really got nothing for Springbonnie :(

Bonnie has held a special place in my heart since day one. There are very few things scare the shit out of me. However, when I played FNAF the first time, Bonnie actually got me.

I really hate the books cuz literally anything is possible in the books. Theres illusion disks and robots and fazgoo and remnant stuff and that means making theory of the games using the books almost impossible because any question can be explained by a random thing that a character does in the books.

Hot take: As someone who got into FNaF because of Matpat, and who really got into it maybe 2020?, who doesn't have the nerve to play any of the games, and isn't really apart of the community (save watching random youtube videos), I'm here for quirky uwu animatronics. I love secret potentially convoluted lore. I am not much of a theorycrafter, but these games (plus other lore cesspools like Bendy and the Ink Machine and -undertale- gaster) have made me really like this idea (and want to make my own - but hopefully with less issues). However, I don't care about golden freddy. I don't care about the books or cassidy or whatever. I am fairly knowledgeable in the lore and theories - I am not one of the new fans that new lore is often argued to be inaccessible to. I follow it, but mostly because I just want more FNaF.... because they don't give enough. I was one of the absolute nerds that squeaked with excitement at all the references in the movie. I liked Help Wanted 2's jaded Sun and desperate Chica. I like Security breach- not because I played it (but that probably helped) or the lore (to an extent- I am very much team anti-mimic) but because of the characters. The writing is flawed, but it's the bit of heart that's there that counts. I liked Roxy ironically because... Wolf Woman... but as I got to know her (through lore videos, playthroughs... and especially NotRealName [I think you're my favorite FNaF content] videos) I empathized, I saw her... character. I want more Monty and Bonnie not because I think it'll be good for the lore or even paint either in a good light but because the Glamrocks what's gotten me invested in the characters of FNaF. Despite their nearly nonexistent character, I like William and Michael because they have something. I like dinky FNaF 6 Helpy because he has character. I love Mr. Hippo because he has so much character and is fellow demented ADHD man. Very spicy hot take: Burntrap wasn't surprising. I kinda liked it. It was really a "wow is that chica's magic rainbow on that cash register (beginning of FNaF movie)." Him being retconned as Mimic... saddens me. I absolutely think Vanny as her own thing (a la pre SB MatPat theory) would have been better, all the story edits were for the worse generally... but I would have liked to still have seen Peepaw Afton... though my headcannon/fix to whatever nonsense they would have done is that whatever Vanny would end up being was so obsessed she just... dug up Afton's body and tried to _Put It Back Together (I said the thing)_ by putting every springtrap+scraptrap stuff on hand and injecting it with Glitchtrap. Side spicy take related to previous: I prefer the... not scifi horror of earlier FNaF. Give me back child possession and ghosts, I don't want your stinkin remnant and fazgoo and mimic. My headcanon has been that glitchtrap was literally Afton's spirit posession the motherboards, not some _"oooh he scanned his consciousness into them or got mimicked oooh"_. Peepaw Afton would be Mr. Grape Goober himself, the one who always comes back. And then he just... doesn't. Like I never wanted Glitchtrap to be the new big bad (that's why I'm anti Mimic). Passing of the torch sounds interesting... seems to keep with the constant theme of "we ain't movin on" that's running through FNaF and Glitchtrap was the interim guy. The transfer of power from Mauve Mush to Waifu Rabbit. That is all. Oh boy have I been holding that in. Keep making content NotRealName because I am sad without it and am about to crack open your non FNaF content... or... even worse... find different FNaF content... or I could rewatch MatPat theories like the sociopath I am...

He had orevious experiences with the francheis, amd very possiboe helped out Mike on certin occasions since they were childhood friends, and if hes the same guy as the one from Help Wanted who was almsot overtaken by Glitch Trap then it fits even more. Along with the fact that he comes back to try and fix the place after the events of Security Breach, and eventually ends up trapped oncemore by Glitch Trap, except this time for good.

Loving the title. I sort of created an au where all of the mascot characters are sentient and this describes their relationship very well. Got me kind of obsessed with Spring Bonnie, so this video is a welcome suprise.
