Great to learn the reasons Tofty joined . Unfortunately significant ground still to make with customer service . Loved the product love the pre purchase and handover experience . Warranty process is elite . However have been trying to communicate with Zone for 3 months to arrange a WA Muster but have been completely ignored despite multiple attempts to make contact . Tofty is aware of is in WA bring snubbed by Zone but not one single attempt by Zone to reply to these multiple messages is incredibly poor customer PR

It’s such an Aussie thing to do, not complain, just never go back 😂. I’m sure many businesses over the years have been left wondering what went wrong, and if they’d had feedback it might have turned out okay for them. Monitoring social media is a new avenue & a good business will do that well, survive the haters and pick up on suggestions from owners to make a better product.

This was an interesting conversation, what a diverse background Tofty has lived, and it’s so good to hear about these Australian businesses doing so well. I have to mention I grew up on Sunny Coast, my teen years were in the 1980s, the place was like a big country town back then. We had the main pub known as Thomos In Mooloolaba, and a night club in Alex. The local Gym was in the Alex surf club upstairs. We had communities via surfing, nippers, football, and quite a few olympians grew up on the coast or came to train. I miss those old days, so much quieter! We are about to receive our zone van, and hopefully will find some other travel buddies to go to the Cape next year, pity we didn’t purchase a year ago, Tofty is good company!

Thanks - throughly enjoyed the chat. We are soon to be Zone owners ourselves after years of researching many different caravans and following the Zone growth. Sometimes the caravan is just that little bit more than the manufacturer but the community of caravan owners themselves that we are buying into. Maybe see you on the road someday.

Hey Matty! Have you driven the new GR Hilux and can you confirm if it suffers from the same issue? I've heard that they programmed the GR differently but not sure if it made that much of a difference in these scenarios. Cheers 🍻

Totally up to you, they have no affect on what we do. The only thing that can get in the way of the heat exchanger are accessories like winches, trans cooler, wiring etc. Just be mindful of scrub bars with snorkels

I would like a option to remove my just autos ecu and transmition tune before taking it for a dealer service and then put the just austo tunes back on after service. Wil this be able to do that?
@JustAutosMechanical
@JustAutosMechanical Ай бұрын
Yes but there isn't any need to take it off every service. You just need to make them aware you do not wish to get the software update, to just leave the ECU alone and do the service and they will have no problem with that
