I’ve never thought or saw Robocop was at all part of the cyberpunk genre. Blade Runner was cyberpunk, this was just a modern film with robotics and cybernetic technology but never cyberpunk.

Really I don't know where you'd find that. The Box Set is out of print so you can mostly only find it through second hand sellers like eBay. But even then it fetches a pretty high price, and that's for a pre owned set. The only thing I could really suggest is checking places like ebay and hoping you get lucky finding it cheap. Sorry I can't be of more help, but being an out of print limited edition, it does tend to go for collectors prices

The dialogue is meant to be clunky, the acting wooden. Lucas was aping saturday morning serials from the 40s.

Oh, okay. I get that. But be that as it may, it doesn't make it less distracting to me. It's still an aspect of the film I don't really care for, deliberate or otherwise Although to be honest, that's mostly the dialogue for me, I didn't really find the acting that wooden myself. But yeah, I can respect it as an artistic choice, but unfortunately it's still one of the few parts of the film that doesn't really work for me

I've been avoiding spoilers so I knew nothing in advance. No hype no bug expections. I thought it might not be for me anymore. Too Disney it's for a new generation, it's ok it's gotta live forever so that's normal. But I absolutely loved it. There were quite some scenes were I thought damn Ncuti is a really really good actor

I believe the steelbook is a re-release of the original 4K version, and they just haven't changed the discs

My set came today from America as I live in the England I had all ready Had season 1 and 2 on blu ray from years ago but Season 3 is only available on DVD over now and I wanted it on blu ray and the only way I could get it was by Importing it from America its a good job it is reign three.

Okay, so I just checked the episode listing- all the discs are transferred over from the individual season sets. It looks as though some of them have the complete crossover stories (Crisis on Earth X, Elseworlds), while others only have the Flash episode (Invasion and Crisis on Infinite Earths) I hope that helps and I'm sorry I can't be of more assistance

I saw Alligator (1980) and Alligator 2 The Mutation (1991) and Jaws (1975) all three of them on TV as a little kid in the 1990s and all three of them are my favorite monster movies because I believe all three of them are all about three unstoppable monsters as well:).

My biggest fear is these big Hollywood studio companies not giving up the rights for their movies to try and kill physical media so streaming thrives. ugh. that's my biggest fear. Because if they don't let other companies make the DVDs then we're screwed.

It's not a case of having infinite money, it's a case being selective about which movies you love enough to get on Physical media. I don't buy every release that exists, just like how I don't have every streaming service. It's about picking which thing is the best value and which physical release I'm going to get the most use out of/re watch the most

Very true. The Limited Edition Prices are bound to go up. Hopefully the quality will go up too though. I always feel companies like Arrow Video really fill their limited editons with cool artwork and extras to justify the price tag. Thanks so much for watching, I appreciate it.

Whereas this version of Dracula is different from the book, it's the film that gets the ESSENSE of the story better than any other film. The 1931 version was based on a stage play and the movie really slows down when the story moves to England. Bram Stoker's Dracula gets a lot right, but it presents Mina as a reincarnation of Dracula's dead wife, which is nowhere to be seen in the original story. It's a nice romantic touch, but the idea originally comes from Boris Karloff in The Mummy. In the 1958 version, Dracula is pure predator, which is EXACTLY the way the character comes across in the novel. I also like the first 4 or 5 of the Hammer sequels. In the next film, Brides of Dracula, the sets are as good as in the 1958 film. Great atmosphere. They also furthered the idea (that comes from the first film) of a group of vampire hunters tracking down all the vampires in Transylvania. It should have been called "The Further Adventures of Dr. Van Helsing" (Peter Cushing). We also learn that vampirism is a survival of a pagan cult that survived the coming of Christianity. Father Sandor is a cool adversary in Dracula Prince of Darkness. Like in the '58 film, Lee looks stunning in every scene. It's nice how they put a character into the film that is like Renfield and how they included a part of the original novel where Dracula attempts to get a woman to drink HIS blood. The castle itself seems to be a major character in this film. In Dracula Has Risen from the Grave, the film is the most religious of the movies. The whole REASON Dracula is resurrected is because of the lack of faith of the "weak" priest. I used to think that there was a plot hole because Dracula could easily have had the "weak" priest remove the cross from his castle door. I no longer feel this way, because Dracula - being a symbol of Satan - is so prideful he DEMANDS that those who put the cross in the door must remove it themselves before being destroyed by Dracula. Revenge is Dracula's motto. Taste the Blood of Dracula is a different take on the story. As usual, Lee is GREAT looking as Dracula and it's the best film I've ever seen on 19th Century hypocrisy.

I did want the 4k set but like all LMD sets greed takes over £749 talk about greedy so I got the blu-ray set still as good £59 what a difference I love all four movies ❤😂😮
