Can I ask is there any difference in working out the cooking times from conventional oven temp and times between the air fryer oven and basket

I adore egg white scramble, I roast peppers, courgettes, onions and tomatoes in bulk then keep them in a tub in the fridge to add to salads, pasta dishes, egg whites , wraps etc, been a game changer for me x

I love scramble eggs. I mix mine with cottage cheese (doesn’t sound great lol 😂). I need to clean under our sink. It’s a mess 😮 I do like a protein shake. I haven’t tried that one yet. Your shake looked delicious 😋. Your meal is similar to ours tonight. Only thing is, we’ve had roast potatoes instead of chips. And no onions. I need to try the tzatziki. I love perinaise already. Hi Sohbia! Congratulations on your tremendous weight loss. Can I ask what you do with the egg yolks when you have only egg whites for breakfast? I recently purchased the treadmill that you have shown in previous videos and am walking for 30 minutes a day (don't know how many steps that is, but it works out to about 1.5 miles. I have started off light as I haven't had much exercise for a while. I don't know how long I will be able to keep it up though as I have just been diagnosed with head and neck cancer, so I don't know what the treatments will take out of me. Anywho, keep up the good work (although you don't look as if you need to lose any more weight, but you know how you feel best.) Have a lovely week and TFS 👍💖

They all look super delicious Sobhia! I think that my favourite would be the potato snack (I can never go with just plain mash, I always have to put in loads of butter and cheese anyway) shaping and cooking them in the air-fryer to make them crispy is just genius! TFS and have a lovely week! 👍💖
