Just seems like the middle of all guns it’s a good gun but I would never carry it cuz it’s big at least compared to real compacts so it turned into just a range gun.

Bro, these things happen, it’s probably why I don’t live in the city no more, I had my 45 1911 and it was loaded and I was going to clean it and I was out in my big barn area which is just a renovated barn with all my music gear my gun stuff and Open space around yeah I shot through my coffee table bullet went through the top of the coffee table, and then hit the back portion of the coffee table, and literally rolled right out to my feet, that was a trip, and then I woke up at 3 o’clock in the morning there was some Fox trying to get my chicken coop so I went out there and I blasted around or two just away and I came back in and I keep my shotgun like the cops keep their shotgun they and then pull the trigger and then load that way you could just freestyle that thing at any time and when I pulled the I blew a hole through my roof because I guess I miscounted how many were in there, oh well scared me for a little bit like five minutes cause I thought my wife was gonna yell at me. She probably thought I was just shooting at the I didn’t tell her I got a hold through the roof, but I’ll fix that…. yeah these are funny stories. Not funny. You’ll laugh about it later…… this is how you learn… Funny thing is, I didn’t brag about it on KZfaq or tell anybody , I did keep the bullet though funny thing. It was a full metal jacket. It was in perfect condition after going through the coffee table… go figure?

Hey man! You've probably already figured this out by now. But your ammo is getting stuck (normal case scenario) or clipped (in your case) on the way out the ejection port. Happens when your buffer tube/ spring weight combo isn't heavy enough or you are shooting too heavy of ammo. New to the ARP pistol community but I hope it works out for ya.

I had my ND almost 10 years ago and I am active duty military. I didnt touch firearms for almost 7 years before I had to attend some additional weapons training duty to a new command and i was quite nervous. I got through it and knew that I had stepped away for long enough. There was shooting at a local walmart and I decided I had waited long enough and purchased my first firearm. I have carried almost every day for almost a year and a half now and couldnt be happier. Take your time, learn your lesson, and grow as an owner

If you’ve got a thousand rounds through that, then that is a miracle gun. Your brass deflector doesn’t even have a scratch on it. A standard one would have significant scratching after one mag.

Unfortunately, the ATF will consider that a foregrip for 2 reasons. 1) It is large enough for an average person to get a solid purchase. 2) it clearly has a groove for the pointer finger to cause the hand the naturally index in a vertical position. I've gone over this with my ATF agent and he's actually chill AF, and agrees most ATF mandates are unconstitutional and he's walked me through the legal loophole ways to mess with an AR pistol to screw with their rules.

Having shot an original ww1 era colt, a W2’s era colt, a Vietnam era colt, a modern colt, and a rock island copy. I can safely say this is one of the most comfortable grips I’ve ever held or shot. I am a small guy at 5’5 125lbs. I prefer a 1911 chambered in 45 to everything except my original s&W m&p 45. The mp series is a hill I will die on. But 1911s are fantastic shooters, they’re well balanced. My wife has an easier time shooting a full steel 1911 than she does her Barrera apx
@OGRYDAАй бұрын
You're clearly a glock guy 😂 a lot of us prefer the safeties because we learned and or trained with them. I can pull and engage just as quickly with a 1911, CZ, or Beretta as I can with a glock. Makes no difference. To each is own. It's about training and practice. I love my safeties though. No risk of a trigger getting caught when reholstering. Keeps my D safe!

Bro, its a 1911 w/ TWO safety's. If you know how to operate it properly then its perhaps on the heavy/bulky side but absolutely a good carry pistol. Has been for over 100 years The fact you can engage the safety with the hammer cocked is a good hint. This tends to be a feature on firearms intended for carry
