Everyone needs to get off Metcalf’s back. I really don’t care about the flags at all. DK is absolutely an enforcer and we need him to be just like how he is. He gives our offense identity

Fr I love that he isn’t afraid to show his emotions, especially last year. With all the problems and the ups and downs, to me it showed that he cared. And honestly we need that aggression on this team, I think that’s an underrated aspect that can make a difference.
@Carflem544 сағат бұрын
DK is one of our few certified blue chip talent. Idk why people would get upset that he lets his emotions get the best of him. Most of the time it’s cause we are sucking and the game is already lost. I rather him care than give George Pickens level of effort on a play to play basis

On 3rd and long, I definitely want the best RB in that picks up blitzes (Charb). I also want the 3 best "hands" receivers in, including Bobo.
@fumis163117 сағат бұрын
I think these fights during practices and joint practices are pretty normal and encouraging. Especially between receivers and db’s. It just means these guys are all in and very passionate about what they do. During LOB era there were so many fights during practices between WRs and DBs ….like Sherman would get in fights like every other practice with receivers. Literally you would see actual fist fights ….Sherman vs receivers…Earl Thomas vs RBs…etc..lol
@corynolan466515 сағат бұрын
Oh yeah, fights in training camp are very common. Especially if you've been hitting the same people over and over and over again, etc. for weeks on end. And they're talking shit to each other day in and day out, and eventually, it all comes to throwing blows, but yes, you are correct. Fights happen ALL THE TIME during training, and like you said, it's actually a good thing cause everybody wants to dominate, and they're all playing with passion! 💯
@jordan330517 сағат бұрын
I think having him be able to pick up blitzes could be beneficial in the sense when we are in big games and in crucial 3rd downs, having him out there will allow us to have another big play threat but also if we think a heavy blitz is coming he can at least block effectively. Not so much give him more snaps, but more of a “we need him in this situation “.

Good stuff. Hope Tre Brown improves his game. It's a mental thing. He can man cover pretty good, but he needs to improve his zone coverage instincts and become a tackling machine. Perhaps Rayshawn Jenkins can help him with that. I like the way Jackson tackles who is a better all around CB. We need tacklers and hitters in the secondary like we had with Cam, Thomas, and Kenny Easley. So far, all we have is Witherspoon who brings the punch. Hopefully, Rayshawn will bring some of that back.

@@italianknight78 We have woolen, TB, MJ, spoon, Artie burns, two rookie db’s, Coby, love, Kevon Wallace, and I might be missing two more people. @isaiahmartin90262 күн бұрын
True I can see us using all our DB’s. But we have a riches of players at DB and not enough depth of experience at our LB’s. One goes down and we have to sign someone off the streets or promote a practice squad players. I rather trade one of our rotation/backup players who might not even see the field for some much needed LB depth.
@beWARRENed2 күн бұрын
Could they be hyping Tre up a little to trade him. He is a great DB and should get a chance to start somewhere. Unless we plan on paying him a nice chunk to replace MJ. I think we should try and get back a 4th or possible 3rd for him before we can't afford him and roll with MJ a couple more years before drafting another to play along side Riq and Spoon once they're paid.
@Filipinomad2 күн бұрын
One year ago, we thought we had a ton of depth at DB and talked about how we should trade some of our excess talent. Then Spoon went down for a bit, Woolen got hurt and then benched, and Tre and MJ still had to play significant mins. No reason to ever expect full health for players in a 17 game season. Even after drafting James and Pritchett (who are both on the PUP list anyway), Tre is more valuable than a late day 2 pick.
@beWARRENed2 күн бұрын
@@Filipinomad I'm not knockin his value at all just thinkin its better to get something for a player with great upside then loose him to free agency next year. IMO His trade bait atm out weighs the risks of those players possibly getting injured.
@beWARRENed2 күн бұрын
Tre is the best trade bait on this team at the moment because you know no one wants D'eskridge or Forsyth.. Other then DK which whom they should never trade.

Tre Brown is gonna be a starting corner for us. We ain't trading him. Mike Jackson is a training camp Allstar. Wilts on Sunday. Bad news if we're rolling him out on Sundays
@corynolan46652 күн бұрын
I'd probably rather us trade Mike Jackson over Tre Brown just cause Brown is younger with more upside, and Mike Jackson is what he is. I'm not saying he sucks or anything cause that's far from it! I think Mike is a solid CB, but he's not going to get any better. I believe he's peaked already, which is fine. Like I said, he's a really soild CB and would start on any of the 32 teams in the league, but I just believe Tre Brown can be better than Jackson. That's all I'm trying to say. 😂💯💙💚🦅🏈
