you are missing Seruwila mangala maha viharaya and wilgamwehera temple.these are most important buddhist historical places in Trincomalee district.seruwila temple already exists in tha Tentative List,UNESCO World Heritage Site

Great video 👍 one thing I did notice, that it looks like in Sri Lanka they just park vehicles almost everywhere 🙄(as if there are no rules or regulations about parking vehicles)

Ya, that's part of the driving game here. They look for as much as possible turn arounds because it will affect their salaries. And I look for the most enjoyable and safe rides. So somehow we have to coexist and of course the bigger boys will always have the right of way, no matter what 🤣

Perhaps the name Trincomalee, or 'three koona male', means hill of trident. Nothing to do with the definition you gave. I remember some details my late father who had worked at the naval base during late 1930s told me.
