mine was torched this summer :( is there seed available for reseeding this fall ?

I did a six foot by 6 foot experiment ten years ago, I removed the Lawn plus six inches of soil, laid down a fabric mesh, them put the soil back, then the grass, and for that year that area used way less water. The roots intertwine in the mesh, creating a sponge like effect. I then did the whole lawn but added drip irrigation just on top of the fabric, then soil then grass, way way less water.

Okay, my only question is if this is supposed to be a natural dry creek bed, why does it have to look professional? A little unevenness makes it look more natural. Am I not correct on that or am I not correct on that? I'm just saying I thought you wanted to go search something that looked like it just was there not look like somebody planned it.
