The right supplement can make all the difference for some horses. Beaver looks great. He's also had the benefit of excellent training.

A lucky person who buys Tony. Hes extremely good outdoors for ex racer. I had one for years, Spirit..boy could he move, eventually became 100% on hacks...and great jumper...he was a joy. Were I 20 years younger.. 😢 im 66...need a plod now...inside I want a Tony...but my body says no you do not! You want a solid old reliable plod like yourself😢😢😢😢

I'm 70 and I've always loved riding 17 - 18 hand horses, but I now need a block to mount cause of a back issue. If I got thrown off I don't bounce anymore 😂. I'd love a spirited horse but it's an old Dobbin for me now.

love the video - very will done and you are spot on - bringing them along beautifully helping them balance yet no pressure - you will have happy horses w/this training - you can see it already - the mare was licking and chewing after your ride - great job on both!!

I really like this video style! He's a lovely horse who perhaps needed to unlearn his pain memory, and mounting in the stable somehow rewired his mind a little bit? Its amazing what a change of scenery and routine can do. Great job!

Does she jump???
@millsstables Жыл бұрын
She has jumped, would need bringing back in to it. If you search her name on here you will find videos of her jumping when we first produced her a few years ago before she was sold to the lady who owns her now. She has only done dressage and hacking with her. Only for sale due to owners health issues

Believe it or not many especially NH horses are sympathetically broken and may remember this after their racing career ends. If in a very big yard they can be ridden differently and encouraged to stretch their necks out

I can not rate Gastro Plus high enough, it has been an absolute game changer for my ex racehorse. I have been using Gastro Plus and other products from THE.Equine Edge on him for about 18 months now and would never use anything else. The transformation in him is just incredible 🤩

Hi, I used to be part of a syndicate that owned Grace. She was a wonderful horse to own, as you know she had her injuries and we gave her lots of time to recover from those, and she repaid us with a wonderful day when she won at Lingfield. She was our first horse, and holds a place dear in our hearts. Is she still with you at all please? If not, have you any idea where she went off too and could be now? It would be great to hear that she is still thriving and enjoying herself.. Thanks
@millsstables Жыл бұрын
Hi, lovely to hear how fond you were of her during her racing career. She was a fabulous horse to retrain and a pleasure to have on the yard. Unfortunately I was told a couple of years ago that she had to be put to sleep after she had an injury whilst she was out in the field. It's always heartbreaking to know that they are no longer with us and especially when they are lost to field injuries 😓 Sorry it isn't better news about her
@seanrobson9238 Жыл бұрын
@@millsstables Thanks for coming back to me, even if it was with that awful news, poor Grace. She had so many injuries during her life, all at home in the field - she was such a clumsy madam! Yet she had such heart and resilience and always came back stronger and more determined. Sad to hear that this one was just one too many for her. She will always remain in our thoughts and memory. Thanks again, keep doing your great work and good luck for the future.
