@@PH.Studio for sure my bro, I am kind of struggling with architecural elements in rhino, for example trying to create a layered wall, for example brick then insulation then block etc etc without taking a long time, is there a faster way to?
@PH.Studio15 күн бұрын
@@1insp3ru16 Grasshopper is the best way to automate this process, or you can use a BIM plugin like VisualARQ to create a wall family with the required layers

where can we find sud d tool in rhino 6
@PH.Studio26 күн бұрын
there is no SubD tools in Rhino 6, the first release for the SubD tools was in Rhino 7
@NonLethalGhost5 күн бұрын
They are hidden. I remember I had to type a special command to do a subd sphere once (by following a tutorial that I don't remember now). But you cannot use them in a effective way.

Hey teacher, thanks for showing that solution of the roofs aligned in a plane, imagined such a solution. The right wing of the roof a unique plane and then form the left wings of the roof. Awesome and Easy Solution. One of these days will propose something more complex about these roofs, since I see you like the challenges ... but I do not want to abuse your kindness and patience. Thank you again for these simple and enjoyable architectural problems.

Did you use rhino for the "cover" photo of this tutorial? /Is there a way to get the stroke effect on objects in a rhino displaymode?
@PH.StudioАй бұрын
Yes ,using Monochrome mode in Rhino 8, you may just need to duplicate the style and do few adjustments to get a thicker and darker stroke, I will create a tutorial about display mode setting in the future too, so stay tuned.

What is the plugin you used to add material??
@PH.StudioАй бұрын
To import the model into Revit with custom material that has the same shaded color as in Rhino, I used Rhinoinisde revit and Elefront plugin. I explained everything in detail in the tutorial feel free to check it and if you have any question feel free to write it down

I would have liked to see if by joining the curved roofs they would have all coincided at the junction or if there would have been edges of small unevenness. I mean: if we do boolean, the union of the 4 roofs would be smooth or with small steps. I would like the transition to be smooth and soft, but...
@PH.StudioАй бұрын
Hi, this is an amazing comment, thanks a lot for your question currently if you create a boolean union there is going to be a small unevenness, however, it can be fixed by adjusting the height difference between the 4 roofs to follow the same slope of the roof, I will answer this question in details in the next tutorial, thanks again, if you have any other questions feel free to write them anytime

@@PH.Studio I was worried that you wouldn't understand what I wanted to say, I see that you did understand. I figured something like this would happen. In fact I have recreated and been able to see those small steps between roofs. It would be fantastic to see how the issue of making a smooth roof without steps between them is resolved. I quite like these small architectural problems and solutions that you teach us. Hopefully you can show the solution for a unified roof. Thank you very much for your video tutorials. 👍😀

@PH.StudioАй бұрын
It is possible but you will have to adjust the mesh setting and you might get something different from what you see in the viewport ( in terms of mesh details) The best way is exporting it as Collada (.dae) as explained in the video
