When I touch “ink cartridge replacement” it just starts giving me a step by step path- the “start” button isn’t there. When I open the top, the cartridges stay slid over to the right and I can’t access them.

Thank you for your instructions! We replaced ink cartridges a few weeks ago and all worked fine until we turned our computer off. Now, every time we turn off our computer and pc, when we turn it back on, an alignment test page prints. We cannot get it to stop printing this and it is wasting our paper and ink. Do you know how we stop this?

What does the proper alignment look like for the first print page? Are there supposed to be small gaps between each color or should they all be connected?
