Strongly agree with this. Extremely mild in flavor to the point of being unsatisfying. What did come through wasn’t tremendous either, not bad, but not enough.

I concur with both of you. I was utterly unimpressed. Medium body leather was all I was able to detect. Burned very fast to be fairly moist.

Too bad I was looking forward to trying one of these. I smoked the smaller no 2 size in the Cameroon and it burned well and was fun to smoke but the taste wasn’t special for me

Super weird detail question. (Love your videos by the way) that package behind you is also in your la Gloria cubana video (372 I think) but that was released 9 months ago. Were these filmed on the same day or is it that 2 similar packages arrived 9 months a part lol. Pretty much what happened was I watched this video then went back to see if I had missed any other recent uploads and watched that one. Just a curiosity question!

Very fair and respectful review of the Cuba Libre Brute. I think it is an excellent cigar at the price point I’ve been able to find. Occasionally I find the burn line is not tidy, but nothing to rant over. I think it is peppery and leathery with an unidentifiable herb taste. The wrapper is supple and velvety but the box press gives it that brutish feel.

So you basically didn’t touch it up once, you’re smoking it way to fast, and it’s destroying the burn, of course it will be uneven.

I assume they've gatta be good. So many reviews just shit on them but they are always either out of stock, or back ordered, meaning that the demand is stupid high. I've got a bundle of 20 corona knock off cigars on its way to me and excited to try them after I've let them settle in my humidor for a while.

I just want to say I totally respect your reviews. Really enjoy them. Have certainly purchased on your recommendations and been pleased. Keep up the good work.!

I totally disagree in a positive way. The cigar taste, so damn good that you can’t get all upset about the draw when you can fix that with a tool. Also, if you buy a box of 20 you can get these for around $4.25 apiece. One of the best tasting mild cigars you’ll ever put in your mouth for $4.25. If you buy a Toro or a Churchill or any other size, it’s probably gonna taste different. If you want a different size, smoke one before you buy a bunch. The torpedo is divine.

Having one right now with a glass of Larceny small Batch. This thing is really stout . They should name this thing the Tombstone and if you’re just a novice cigar smoker , well obviously it’s up to you but this stick pulls no punches and if you choose to smoke this particular vitola I’d suggest that you do so on a full stomach but if you don’t then Good luck with that.

Nice honest review. Smoking one now in Scottsdale AZ. Mine has aged 2.5 years in my humidor. Different experience: even burn, perfect draw, baking spice lingers with retrohale, light toast and maple sweetness. Overall, a nice hour with the robusto version. Maybe the aging helped?

Victor Sinclair has become one of my go to brands . Especially the 55 Imperial ! Smokes way beyond it's price ! Also just got a bundle of Victor Sinclair Clasicos . I'm going through them fast ! Really good !

I just smoked one. Yes, it drew well and burned well. But it zapped all the moisture from my mouth and and I did not enjoy the flavor at all. Maybe I’m just spoiled because I didn’t start with budget cigars.

I'm a bit late trying out this one. Nonetheless...I grabbed a 10pk for a decent price based on your review & my curiosity of them lately. I agree Great stick. My only knock so far is the draw. Horribly tight. I was actually surprised given the caliber of its name. I even had to use my PerfecDraw on it. Which I try to stay away from using, but... If the rest of them are like that I'm gonna kinda be pissy about it.😂 Great review. You've been 1xof my top goto reviews for new things I wanna try. I like seeing your take on stuff.
