Rich folk will not tell you, but they have this person in their life, so respect to your job. "dad showed up to every game" good dad. Not every dad can do this, but respect to your dad.

Had to circle back around to this video and say this plus some words of advice from other PMs sparked the interest. Got my foot in the door as a Media Project Manager! Very lucrative and I enjoy it.

Language, and turn around time are key. You should have the draft of the interview email ready to go and just add a few points talked about in email especially who you interviewed with. A card is great , but if you online interview then the first. Also maximum three days max in getting back on day to day after you receive job. Business writing always helps. No caps at all🎉

I’ve never landed a job through indeed; after wasting my time for too long, I always head elsewhere with far better results. The hassle, the poor matches, the sterile process. All of these platforms seem much better for employers than for applicants.

Great video! Love the tips on improving customer service skills. They're spot on! As a company that prides itself on delivering excellent customer service through our product, we can't agree more.

Literally getting dressed and ready for work now I work at a cultivation center it’s not what everyone thinks it’s farming it’s hot a lot of work burn out is high in this field companies also take advantage of you if you’re a hard worker you will literally do everything while your lazy co workers do nothing and they allow it because cultivation is always under staffed they won’t get rid of lazy workers they pay minimum wages at all of them not one company pays above it the hrs are tough and most companies ask you to do mandatory overtime

It is bothering that you have to disguise some parts of your life to be taken in consideration. If you know too much, too much experience, too many years, your area code, your race, your age. I hope you head hunters; realize the damage you have created to all excellent professionals that don’t qualify for work because of these reasons. The culture you have created will come back to you when you fall in any of this apparent negative categories, when you get to be over 50 and find no answers to this situation. Lifespan of humans has expanded to more than 90 years of age and you became un-hire able at 35. How can this be good practice? All the explanations in this video, really should a shame you guys. I know you are trying to help, but you sound so condescending. People over 50 have to trick your software, and the AI CV SCANNER, to get to an interview to be disqualified for reasons that sound incredibly superficial. I have a solution to this problem. If you are over 50 and you say you are so good and so qualified to make a company successful, then make your own company. Provide the really expert services that are the result of your experience, and knowledge that you gave to the companies your worked for in the past and that undoubtedly contributed to their growth. I believe that by trying to trick the system to overcome this irrational thinking headhunters have, is humiliating to a life of true professionalism. Even if you finally succeed in being selected and survive the interview, sure you will get paid, but your personal pride of your achievements will be hidden as to not compete with the short-sighted talent of the people hiring you. Time is not waiting on anybody, and headhunters will eventually catch up. So, I say make yourself useful to you, and don’t wait to be selected. SELECT YOURSELF to be all you can be. You still got the passion and drive that moves mountains. Most likely at some point you will be in the position to select and hire them to work for you, when they get the experience and knowledge they seem to lack because they haven’t lived enough.

Three things I can do now to increase my attention to detail: 1) Improve my observational skills by actively listening; 2) Be organized by creating lists so that you will not miss out on anything; 3) Improve my communication skills and my ability to avoid miscommunication by being present in the moment.

I imagine the last answer, the recruiter would say, if you've got a healthy online business, why are you wanting this job? Or is it completely normal to have multiple jobs in America? Guess so. These answers are not really realistic to be honest.

Thanks a lot for such informative videos. Request your advice on getting back into workforce after 2+ years of career gap due to medical emergency at home. I couldn't upskill myself during this period as most of the time was spent on taking care of my ailing mother. Since situation is settled now and I am ready to join workforce but it seems to be a dead end as no reply from companies despite of multiple applications having ATS friendly Resume'. I left my last job as an AVP-Finance and would like to restart with same level or a level below at least. Can you please help me in such situation by sharing your suggestions? Thanks!
