Rational: because Lateral pterygoid is for Opening of mouth, the patient's problem is closing of mouth and the question asks for which muscle will not be strengthened. Since, there is closing problem - mouth closing muscles are MMT (Medial pterygoid, Masseter and Temporalis) .these muscles should be strengthened.

Other options are hidden!!... Since it's testing for Weight... It's Baragnosis... And they are probably testing for DCML issue (SCI). Because in DCML we check for Vibration, Graphasthesia (identifying what is being drawn by therapist on the hands or palm of the patient), 2 point Discrimination, Baragnosis, Stereognosis . If it is going to be ALS (Ant. spino - Crude touch and Lat. Spino - Pain and Temperature), And for CST (Cortico Spinal Tract) - Motor weakness (muscles....)
